The top required climbing inside to do the fasteners, not at all convenient. Only one panel reverses due to asymmetric fittings in the top and bottom. A better design would allow more panel switching.

So yeah looks are great but if your dog wants to get out I’d recommend something with a real lock or buying the hardware and putting one on yourself just ridiculous for the price you pay!! You shouldn’t have to do that!!!

Tommy 2021-02-14 Verified purchaseThe pups love it!We purchased this for our two Bichon pups to use as a playpen. They were able to get out of their other playpen that had a velcro top. They seem very happy and will never be able to escape as this is a solid piece of furniture. The gray goes with all our gray modern furniture. We did have problems putting it together and got assistance from a handyman who said parts were missing and the directions were not correct. However, the end result is that the crate now looks good and the pups are safe.

Absolutely spacious for the fat cat that moved right in. Seriously, this is really nice for a 20-40lb dog that needs to be confined while you’re away. My pup is a good girl, but she gets separation anxiety when I’m at work. This will be very comfortable for her. Much better than the smaller wire kennel she has used until now.

It’s taller than the standard wire crate, which is great since a lot of dogs are in crates that are too short for them to sit without their ears touching the top. Bonus that the top of it is actually usable, unlike a lot of other crates that have ridges, handles, or wires.
We had an issue a few months into owning the crate, and the seller was extremely responsive in helping resolve it. I’m very pleased. -

It is definitely sturdy and easy to assemble. Its so much easier than having a plain bed for my pup. I don’t lock the doors, i keep them open for my dog to go in and out as he pleases. I love how there are 2 gate openings. Even if it is locked it’s sturdy.
