These knives are sharp and cut well. The knife block looks cool but it isn’t useable or easily accessible if you have upper cabinets since the knives have to be pulled straight up to get to them. I ended up using a different knife block. I would have chosen a different set if I had realized this.

My only issue is the piece that holds/displays the knives. It’s a bit too large/tall. If you have average kitchen cabinets, it will not fit under them. What's not to like

Delivered yesterday. Very well packed and nothing was missing. I took each knife out of the wrappers and washed them as instructed. Do not use harsh detergent with lemon. They say it can pit the blades. Yes, they are sharp but since it came with a sharpener I had to try it out. The acrylic stand is so pretty and I think, but not sure that it can be taken apart for cleaning.
