We have our own chickens which are different breeds. That said, all eggs are different in size and shape. We’d like to have a good solution for us with proper egg rotation. Eggs are prone to jamming, jamming and spinning. So the eggs don’t roll off like in a soda can dispenser and you’ll most likely have to take the whole thing apart to get the spinning eggs out. Store-bought eggs, which are more consistent in size and shape, may work better.
