What really ruins this for me, however, is that without the help of any information on the shop age, I would never find out that these technically don’t fit me before I bought them, as an adult. They almost fit too well

The square cup is much more comfortable and provides better vision than the usual oval cups, and you can cinch them up to fit very snug and keep the water out. The clip opening on the strap is a real hair-saver. Occasionally I have to stretch the skin around my eyes gently to get the seal to break so I can take them off.
The seal and band both feel very high quality and I think I might get a couple of years’ use out of them, which is a big improvement over my previous goggles.

Suction to eyes seems to be good, whenever we take them off he has lines around his eyes where they have been, so they might be a little too tight but he doesn’t seem to mind. Which says a lot about the comfort and he doesn’t complain about leaking either as long as they are placed on his head correctly. The only issue is adjusting them when they are on. The rubber on the band grabs his hair and makes them very hard to adjust around his head/ears if they are clipped.

After the above was published, I was contacted my the manufacturer. They recommended their Flat Lens goggles to address the underwater fuzzy vision problem. They even shipped me the replacement product (flat lens goggle) for free. I tried it. It is awesome. It has all the good features of the earlier goggle plus crystal clear underwater vision.
