Easy to install. Fingerprint reader stopped working after six months. I’ve only had to charge battery once since September 2021. Door rarely used (mainly use garage) so it’s frustrating it didn’t last.

For about a year the wifi would constantly disconnect causing you to have to re-establish the connection daily. eventually tried a prerelease update for me that didn’t work. Also almost a year later the lock is starting to delaminate it’s face. Other than the aforementioned issues. The lock functions well and may be best served using in a shaded area with the primary use of the finger prints sensor.

and now I can’t even charge. It’s totally dead. Where can I get a replacement?

The fingerprint reads flawlessly but the auto-lock feature doesn’t work. I set it via app to auto-lock after 10 seconds or immediately or even after 2 minutes. It doesn’t auto-lock. Feature doesn’t work unfortunately but it looks nice.

The app doesn’t always work. There are random errors or errors due to network connectivity even when my wifi or cellular network has great signal. On multiple occasions, I have attempted to update something through the app, and it doesn’t allow me to do so. For example, when changing certain settings or adding or removing access, it can take a few days before I am able to get past an error to make changes.

If you want a product that functions always this is not the one. Sometimes it doesn’t play nice with Alexa, minor inconvenience. Sometimes it doesn’t read the fingerprint, moderate inconvenience but livable. Sometimes it jams and fails to lock, major issue. The issue is compounded when the auto lock feature goes off at 11PM (my lock is set to auto lock from 11pm to 6am) and the lock fails. This failure then gets announced by the lock, waking and scaring the dog, who freaks out waking and scaring the children, who then don’t let me sleep all night. So the choice is remove a security feature or get woken up. This kind of choice is not acceptable and a product like this should perform all advertised functions without being a huge bother. Would love to toss it but I would be stuck without a dead bolt. My friend has the same thing and it works perfectly. I believe my experience to be somewhat unique but still, you may end up in my boat. So keep your old lock just in case.

Compared to other smart door locks, being able to take the battery out and recharge is so convenient. The fingerprint reader, while not perfect, works 9 times out of 10 for me, which is better than I can say about the ones on Pixel 6. Alexa integration worked great as well.

About 6 months in, the battery would charge but the red indicator light would never turn green. Now the battery lasts maybe a month after each recharge.

Hopefully it’s just mine that is defective. If not for the battery, it’s a solid 4.5 stars for me.

I’ve been obsessed with smart locks since my last apartment and dragging around keys when we moved to our home seemed redundant so after tons of research we decided to purchase this one. Overall, I love the lock but this thing is annoying as hell. I love that I can lock and unlock when im not there but the lock sticks sooooo much when we’re trying to leave the house. We have to attempt to wiggle the lock continuously before it allows me out of the house. I suppose that would be a great child lock feature since my kid knows how to unlock the door but not fun for us. Fingerprint works for the most part but your finger has to be centered. Battery life is great. We haven’t had to charge it since March. Overall; I still love the lock but it’s regularly a pain.

First of all this is a very nice looking lock, it’s very well done and will look great on any door. After having the lock for few months I have two issues with it hence three stars. If you have to use the keypad to get in it’s not too great, buttons sometimes don’t respond to touch and you have to enter the keycode more than once.

I would love to fall in love with this product, however, the fingerprint reader worked once then stop working.
I contacted support and they are shipping me another unit. Awaiting replacement unit and will update my rv.

Easy to install and set up. Finger print reader works well in a variety of temperatures. The door auto lock feature is great. The Alexa unlock feature is something that didn’t seem to make sense until I started using it. This is a great lock and the the one replaced ran on AA cells. This lock has it it’s rechargeable battery and I have had the lock for 6 months and the battery shows more than half charge. The lock has a great smart phone application and see when the door is locked or unlocked wherever I am.

I am taking an upgrade from the existing lock that I purchased previously.

It’s good-looking, durable, and very functional. The installation was easy for me since I have done it twice with two locks that I purchased. The fingerprint reader seems to be more useful than the previous version, which I sometimes have to use an entry code.

The bolt is longer than I expected, the same as the previous non-wifi version. At least I had to cut the door frame a bit to make the bolt fit. Other than that it works like a charm. Imagine you can lock/unlock via an app.

I totally recommend this lock to anyone looking for security, control without sacrificing appearance.

This Smart Lock was well worth the money I paid ($11
9.99). Way more than what I wanted to spend but so far so great! I did a ton of research on smart locks and there are a ton of them out there. However, this one kept popping up on my radar. Build quality in my opinion is Excellent. Everything looks and feels top notch. Install and set up was easy for me. Most of the smart locks I looked at require you to drill an extra hole in your door. NOT something I wanted to do with my new door. With this lock it is also an option but they made it so you don’t have to. I chose not to and it is securely fixed to my door without the extra hole.

Really works well. I have enjoyed the convience and the usability of it. I like the auto lock feature. I like that it has a way to plug in power if the battery gives up. It works seemlessly with the doorbell with notifications in the same app. I like that I can unlock it for a neighbor to let my dog out when I have to work late.

This is an amazingly good WiFi lock and want to replace all external deadbolts with this now. One of the best features I was concerned about was jamming of the lock if the door isn’t aligned perfectly, this is handled by using the included strike plate which is a bit bigger than standard so ensures clearance.

This lock is awesome. The Fingerprint unlocking is really fast. I like that there is also also a touch pad to unlock with a code and a backup key incase the battery dies while you are out. The wifi function is very useful for the days that you’re not sure if you locked the front door. Just open the app and lock it from your phone. Installation is super easy

I ourchased this particulat one because I didn’t have to ourchase a separate bridge as it has wi-fi built in. Of course I can add other profiles for other family members to allow to unlock/lock. It’s a total win-win! It’s a bit spendy but SO well worth it.

I put this lock on my front door and love it. I love the fingerprint option, and she talks to me if the door isn’t shut properly!! I also like that you have to touch the keypad to see the numbers and that the key lock is hidden from public view. I can actually lock/unlock the door from my phone in another room. On the app I can see a list of who has unlocked my door with the date and time given.

Easy to install. When attaching the wire connecter make sure you hear it "click" otherwise you may be attaching it backwards. I love the fact that the keys can’t be copied at any hardware store.

Purchased this lock after installing my door bell. I also wanted to make sure that my door gets locked, no matter where I am. I have used this lock for 2 months now and had zero issues. Very easy to setup and the app allows me to control it. Auto-lock feature works great. Fingerprints work great.

I’ve had this now for about 2 weeks and it works great. No issues with the fingerprint at all, was super easy to install and I’ve had no problem with the wi-fi connection either. I already own the doorbell so I already had the app and it was easy to add the lock.

Good lock, and easy to use. I bought it because of rvs saying the fingerprint reader was quick. It’s definitely quick to respond to my finger and very convenient to use. Very easy to setup additional fingerprints. Setup needed a little work because the deadbolt is long, but fits in a standard door. Make sure you have space between the knob itself and the deadbolt because the actual smart lock itself is longer on the inside than the piece that stays on the outside.

Everything works fine. But they should give the platform a better appearance and add new options such as assigning keys directly to the phone number...

I upgraded to a lock from August and I cannot even tell you how much easier this thing is to install. Each part is boxed with an installation step marked on them. You cant screw it up.

The setup was very easy and straightforward. The fingerprint sensor is very good. The wifi connection is strong. I really have no complaints. You cannot go wrong.

This is an amazing product. It’s built like a tank and the battery lasts forever. Fingerprint reader works flawlessly as does the code input. Never have connectivity issues. And always Auto locks perfectly. I’ve tried other automatic locks and this is by far the best one I’ve used yet. Worth every penny.

I switched from August to this and wasn’t sure how I felt about losing August’s Auto Unlock feature but am much happier with this lock! To start, the app is simple and easy to manage. The installation was fairly easy (not as easy as August, but the build quality and heft of the lock was worth the extra 15 mins install time). For those who are iOS users, there’s no HomeKit integration FYI…which doesn’t bother me (I’m a Google Assistant guy). Haven’t had a chance to test battery life, but it seems decent right now. The ability to enter your home securely thru 3 options (keypad, key, fingerprint) is already worth its price. Also, if battery life is worrisome for you, you can set the door to Auto Lock between certain times (which saves battery juice, but again it’s too soon for me to comment about battery drain.) Lastly, make sure you purchase the model with the ‘built in wifi’ to avoid having to get a wifi bridge add-on device.

The installation was easy as others have mentioned. I did have to clean out the hole in my door frame just a bit. It works great and our son was the first to use it before we even told anyone about it. It has the same code as our garage door. I can now use the front door rather than the garage door since we never know where the house key is. The finger print sensor is quick and easy. We particularly like the set time auto-lock feature and the ability to check if we remembered to lock the door when we go out. For apartment dwellers it has a cool feature of allowing a set number of random number presses before the code is entered, to keep prying eyes confused.

Super simple to install. The only thing that took longer was charging the battery. Hopefully offers separate batteries to purchase. I would hate to take the battery out and charge it for 6 plus hours. Thats a lot of downtime for the door lock. Zero issues with the setup so far.

Installation was a breeze. This lock has wifi radios built in and does not require a bridge.

Fingerprints takes a couple of tries but this is supposed to get better in time as the lock learns to recognize your prints better through AI.

I replaced a Lockly secure pro device with this. Much easier to set up, WiFi is integrated instead of a separate plug in device, fingerprint sensor works first time every time. Great features and security.

Wow, first of all everything is numbered within the package. Easy install, my 16 year daughter old asked to install it. After reading the instructions and keeping everything organized it was a snap for her. The lock features are clear as day and the fingerprint reader is easy to see and use. I watched a few videos on this lock and I highly recommend. I was going to settle on a major brand lock from a big box home improvement store, but this lock gave me features and then some. Watch a few videos and decide for yourself, totally satisfied!

Installation of the lock was fine, but the deadbolt is deep and the door frame needed some wood removal for full extension. Being handy with a wood chisel is a great savings and avoids a professional.

The lock was sluggish to open at first, however, it seems to have sped up and it able to open the door faster.

Operating the door (lock/unlocking) from the android app is within 1-2 seconds.

We’re able to add 4 finger prints so far. Some other locks apparently have a limit of 2. The recognition is quick.

I really like this lock. It recognizes my fingerprint in a split second. I don’t like having to fumble with keys, especially when my hands are full from holding large packages that I have to carry inside. I touch with any of the fingers that I’ve already programmed it to recognize, and voila!--door opens with ease. Eventhough the battery has not ever gone out yet, I feel comfort in knowing I can use a key as back up when needed. It comes with a very unique and one of the most secure looking key designs I’ve ever seen. I also like that the battery lasts a very long time and it’s rechargeable, which means I don’t have to feed it a bunch of disposable batteries.

It is loaded with features, and I will be programming it soon to allow guests to enter on their own with either a code or through the app.

I really like this smart lock. It’s very easy to install, the installation manual is straight forward. The items are numbered which follows the manual. The battery is holding up. I didn’t charge the battery prior, but for better results charge the battery before finishing the installation. The setup with the app and the phone was quick. Take the time to go in the app and figure out all the options. This lock is by far the best one when it comes to versatility. There’s 5 ways of opening. The finger print works flawlessly and is makes it easy to lock/unlock your door with ease.

I bought and installed this about a month ago and it is used daily. I have not had any issues with it whatsoever. Setup was easy, installation on the door was easy, the app works. We really like this unit.

Design-wise, I was surprised at how sturdy the lock itself is. It’s hefty and definitely feels like it’s built to last. It’s also very sleek looking. As for the device, i’ve tested all the unlocking features from key to fingerprinting to code entry. The key pad is a little sensitive, but overall it works. The fastest entry is the fingerprinting. I love having the keys just in case the ""smart"" part craps out.

Products are awesome. I have a door lock and a door bell from them. The best investment i have done in my home. I have had last 1.5 years and by far i didnt regret spending on home automation. It makes my life so easy as i have 8 people in my home and no need for keys.

I love this lock! I use to have another smart lock but I replaced it with this ’s and I love it. The previous smart lock was very slow to respond compared to this ’s. One thing I missed from my previous lock is that it came with a camera. Whenever you open or close (lock/unlock) it takes a recording. But with all the easy ways to open/unlock and how very responsive and its quick alerts to me outweigh that one feature. You’ll love the responsiveness and the auto-lock features. And it’s really easy to install. It took me less than half an hour because I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. If I wasn’t double-checking everything it probably would have taken 15 minutes or less to install.

You won’t regretted it! Totally recommend it!

I’m slowly adding to my life. I’ve got the vacuum, the video doorbell, and now the deadbolt. So easy to install. Set up was smooth. This company has this down!!! Can’t recommend enough!

Easy installation and setup.

Wanted something different and techy. Bought the doorbell cam based off of the rvs and overall appearance and features. Saw that they also offered this lock and was intrigued. Fingerprint scanner? Yes please. Plus it looks really slick and modern. It was really easy to install and setup using their video instructions. I set up a couple of fingerprints to work with it and the fingersprint scanner works great! It’s super fast and the lock opens very quietly. I had a ZWave lock previously that was very loud when it unlocked. Also the batteries didn’t last a very long time. I installed this lock about 6 months ago and the battery is still at about 75%. Love that it registers on the app right above the doorbell cam widget. Easy to control both devices. IMO I would highly recommend this lock. It’s been incredibly reliable.

The unit is absolutly perfect. I love that my 7 year old daughter or 13 year old son doesn’t need a key to get in the house. I can keep track who goes in and out. I can remotely unlock the door if needed. The fingerprint scanner is the best. I had to train my family that you don’t have to tap and keep your finger on the scanner. Just a quick tap and remove finger and it’ll open 99.99% of time. Only feature I’m not impressed with is auto lock. It’s supposed to lock when door closes, but it also locks while door is wide open, so when someone goes to close door, they slam the dead bolt on the door frame. I deactivated it till they fix that feature

When I installed this smart door lock was easy and fast set up. However, the WiFi feature was on and off all day long. It was annoying. After the firmware update, this issue was fixed. The finger print works fast even when with the Sun directly heating it up in the afternoon. I love this product so far. I only own it for 2 months and i love it. I expecting this product to last and work well for ever since the Summer is hot and the winter is cold.
The only cons about this product personally is that it only supports 2.4 GHz and not 5GHz. I hope this will change in the near future.

Hardware installation was easy and setup through the app was a breeze. Some tips...when you first get it, dont install it right away...find the battery and charge it via micro usb until the green led lights up on the battery...this will take several hours. I just charged it over night before actually installing it. Next, after installing the lock, dont go trying to calibrate it through the app yet....shut your door until its completely closed and manually lock and unlock the deadbolt first to see how smooth it is.

I was a long time Schlage eLock owner (7 years), however I got tired of the zwave bridge and it’s tendency to disconnect form the WiFi so I purchased these s. And they have really delivered!!! They are easy to link to my WiFi. They stay connected, and the features work well. The cellphone unlock and keypad unlock work with any issues. The fingerprint reader can be sensitive, however I think it’s less sensitive than the fingerprint reader on the S21s.

Plus the battery recharge feature is a money saver and the charge lasts for months.

Overall I really liked it.
It felt like sometimes the auto lock doesn’t maintain the exact time that was set but it does do autolock after a while though.
It took me a while to figure out how to charge the battery.
Since there was a micro-usb port on the outside, I thought that is the way to charge it. That port is only for emergency if you want to power the device when you are locked out.

To charge, you need to take the battery out and charge it with the micro-usb port that is present on the battery itself.

Unlocking with the finger print is the best part of this. Works like a charm.

Omg, so simple, easy, convenient, a life saver hands down wish I had this as a teen and early adult, cause I always locks myself out or loose the keys, by far the most greatest investment!!!

I read a lot of rvs to determine this was the lock I wanted. I was a little nervous about the calibration process not working properly based on other rvs. It worked brilliantly on the first try. It’s been a solid lock since. I definitely recommend this lock.

The first Smart Lock install took 15 mins (old door issues), then once I knew the steps the second Smart Lock install took 5 mins.

This is a very good lock. Easy to install and works as described.

We’ve had it for just about a month now and it’s working great so far. The finger print reader is so convenient and responsive. It was pretty easy to set up and I’ve linked it to our doorbell.

The lock was fast and easy to install. I love the fact I can set it to auto lock so it locks its self when I leave the house. The only cons I have found after a few weeks is the key is a bit bulky to carry around, and i wish it had a direct geofencing option as the Alexa on my phone dose not always register when i leave and come home.

I owned the Cam 2 since 2019 and Anker is a solid company. I decided to go with their smart lock and I made the right decision. The installation is so easy that it would take for me longer to write this rv than to install the lock. The software features are very nice, specially the Auto Lock. The fingerprint is very fast, the glass display is beautiful, specially at night. It comes with 5 keys, works with my Google assistant. All is good and I am a happy customer.

I installed the first smart lock I bought a few months ago, it’s worked so well that I ordered another one. The first one was installed at our back door. Installation was a breeze, only took around 15 minutes and I had it up and running. Tip before installing, have the battery charged so it’s all set to go when you’re done. The auto lock feature works good. I have the lock auto close at around 10pm, just in case I forget. The weird this is if the lock is already closed the lock will try to close and say there’s an error closing. But the lock is already closed, why even try. I think this can be fixed via firmware update. Other than that, it worked flawlessly, just make sure your hands are dry when using the fingerprint sensor. Battery life has been good, I’ve only charged once so far after 6months of use, that’s with heavy usage. The second lock I bought for our door entry in our garage. Install on this one didn’t go as smooth. I noticed once I installed that the lock wasn’t closing properly. It was hard to turn to open the lock, closing wasn’t an issue. At first I thought it was defective but it turned out the hole on the door where the bolt open and closed was not straight. I had to make the hole on the door bigger so the fit was better. After that it’s been working flawlessly. My wife complains that we didn’t need another one, but it’s more convenient for me. I just keep the keys for the locks in the car just in case. Great purchase overall I’d highly recommend it.

Very easy to install

I love this smart lock, I bought two more for the garage and back door. I like that you have ways to unlock the door. Finger print, code, key and app. The app is awesome it lets me know when the door lock and unlocked and by who or manually locked. Worth the money.

First off, I was not paid or influenced by other than the superiority of their product. Also, I do not write a lot of rvs to be honest. I am blown away by this product. As a self-proclaimed home automation junkie, this is far and away the very best automation item I own. I linked it with the app that my doorbell (MUCH better than RING, btw) uses and the ease of use is simply perfect. Specific to the functionality of the lock, I have it locking automatically on door close and open with either fingerprint (which is instantaneous) or code.
BUY THIS!!! You will not be disappointed.

Overall a great lock. It was easy to install and setup through the app. The lock responds very quickly and is very quiet compared to other brands. For example I can hear my Kwikset Halo on the other side of the house when it locks/unlocks. However the is extremely quiet and much faster. The finger print reader works 95% of time time, usually my fault on my thumb placement. However it will read and unlock the door in less than a second or two with your finger. In comparison, I have both the Kwikset Halo and the ... I would choose the any day of the week.... The also allows you to change settings very quickly through the app. For example: The Kwikset Halo you can’t change the Wifi information without hard-resetting the lock.... Choose the .

Was really easy to install and synced with doorbell with no issues.

The products really nice came with several keys in case the battery goes out. The battery is rechargeable which is really nice and it can hold multiple finger prints. I bought the doorbell companion and it’s nice to be able to unlock the lock while still seeing the person on the outside inside the app.

Looked at a lot of smart locks but very happy with this one. Installing through the app was very easy, and the app is easy to use. Had a hard time connecting to Alexa (3rd gen) but I’m hoping it will connect once my 4th gen echo arrives. Setting up fingerprint access only took a minute. Sometimes if your finger goes between two numbers you’ll have to type in your code again but that’s like any touch screen, we usually use the fingerprint anyway. We’ve never had to use the physical keys but it’s nice that it comes with 5, and they look legit like it would be impossible to pick lock. Looks sleek on the front door as well. Worth the money, recommend!

We got this lock so we can let contractors or visitors in our house without giving them a key. This exceeded our expectations and more. Setup was easy and the app is great.

is simply the best that there is. Very easy to insall. Also, the first lock that I had, I purchased from Ebay. It only lasted a day and I found out that does not warranty any locks. I then purchased a second lock and 1 week into it’s operation, Alexa and my phone refused to communicate with it. I phoned customer service and I spoke with JaBraan who was incredably patient with me and he helped me troubleshoot the communication issue with the lock and my phone. Turns out that it was operator error. Anyway, all is well now and I am very happy with the lock and their service.

Installation wasn’t hard. Everything you need is included in the package. Instructions are pretty simple. The finger print feature is the best and reduces a lot of hassle. It also comes with keys (your original door lock keys won’t be useful anymore). The response time to unlock after scanning is just enough to be considered good. Getting a notification everytime the door locks / unlocks is helpful.
Having it directly work on the wifi without the bridge is another amazing feature.

The lock itself is perfect and works as advertised. However, the advertisement for Bluetooth should be clearer. The lock only activates Bluetooth once the network is down. As a result, you will only be able to connect/access the door via Bluetooth once its network is down. Though it’s not a deal-breaker for me, it might be for some people that don’t have great data service.

This is a great lock with no shortcuts. Solid and has lots of safety features. Connecting to my WIFI was a breeze. Programming it is very easy just read the instructions. I can’t find anything negative to say about this lock.

Quick and easy installation with clearly laid out instructions. Was going to go with the Google/Yale version, but you’re required to buy Google Nest as well so I started researching. This lock already has the wifi capability and all of the features I wanted for allowing, scheduling access for others. The app works great for the lock and the 2 Cams I bought with it. I wanted everything in one place. All of the methods for locking/unlocking work great after aligning the deadbolt properly. Fingerprint reader is a nice bonus because I rarely forget my thumb. It looks and performs great and I’m happy I was forced into researching a solution that I’m very happy with.

products flat out work GREAT. The latch is a bit sensitive; I had to file a bit on the receiver and deepen the receptacle hole a bit (drill and flat-blade screwdriver). Added some lithium grease as well, though that is optional. Connection to phone and network was easy. Set up video covers all aspects very well. Highly recommended. The only item I can’t check is battery longevity.

I received this lock on September 6th. Make sure you take the battery out of the box and put it on the charger immediately as it will take a few hours to fully charge it.

I installed the lock on September 10th and it was fast and simple. I had my old lock removed, this lock installed and programmed in less than 30 minutes.

The fingerprint reader works really well and is the fastest way to lock and unlock the lock. It is quick and painless to program every users individual code and fingerprint.

One of the main reasons I purchased the Smart Lock was because it has the Auto Lock Schedule. My kids don’t seem to understand that if you are the last person home you should lock the door. The “Smart” lock I was using did not allow me to Auto lock on a schedule. The lock does allow me to schedule the auto lock feature.

claims that the battery will last a year and I’ve seen some other rvers complaining that the battery went dead after just 3 weeks. I will update this rv if I have that same issue. The one negative thing I can say is that there are no replacement batteries available. I was willing to buy a second battery so that I can always have on at full charge if the battery does not last as long as claims.

I would recommend this lock. I purchased this one when the lock went on sale for $205 and if it goes on sale again I will purchase another one for my back door.

Best purchase I have made. It was super easy to install, did have to make some adjustments to my actual door as the lock was not locking all the way. Would definitely recommend. Honestly, I was skeptical of a name that wasn’t Ring, ATT, or whatever other fancy security company that charges you an arm and a leg for when I started looking for security devices. But, by recommendation from a coworker who had outfitted nearly his entire Air BNB with . I figured I’d give it a try.

I have never been so happy to step out of my comfort zone on something that offers protection for my family.

I have five outdoor Pro2C cameras, the deadbolt lock (wifi, key, fingerprint, and touchpad), the doorbell (wifi, battery powered), an Indoor Tilt and Pan, the vacuum, four door sensors, a motion detector, and the keypad.

You can say I’m a vested believer.

I waited until after I’ve used the products for 4 months to leave a rv, and honestly none of them disappointed.

The lock is probably the most convenient of all of the products. Do you have a friend coming over and they don’t have a key? Did you lock yourself out? Is someone coming to your house to check on your dogs? Are you sitting on your couch and too lazy to get up?

This is your solution. I use my fingerprint primarily to unlock it, but I’ve given a code to friends, I’ve unlocked it from the couch, and they’ve even integrated it now so that I can unlock it when viewing the doorbell (thank you for that added feature).

The only comment I have: there is a sweet spot for this thing to work. The door lock or latch and the strike plate for the deadbolt need to be aligned because the motor on the lock won’t close or FORCE close. Which is a good thing, you don’t want it damaging your door jam. But. It took a little while to get it perfect. It’ll say: "the door has failed to lock" which is good, but can be aggravating. Once you set it up, and find that sweet spot, it’s golden. Very easy to install, they provide all the hardware.

Additionally, I have it set to lock 30 seconds after being used. So if I forget to lock it when I leave, or for the night, it’ll lock itself 30 seconds after it’s last use. I can’t begin to tell you how convenient that is.

Great locks, convenient and easy to install. The looks and designs is a great upgrades to your house. However, after my last firmware update, my fingerprint reader stops working. After consulting with the troubleshooting team members Lou, my problem was resolved swiftly. Much appreciated for their customers services. Over all, great lock from a reputable company.

Tried a different brand, long time well known brand, and was disappointed with quality. Nothing was positive about the other, starting with quality and ending with it not remaining connected. The Smart Lock is a worlds of differences in quality, features, and execution. Everything is top notch from packaging to hardware to software. It really is like an Apple iPhone level of quality, making some of the others look like play phones for toddlers. Well worth the money. Just make sure the hole for the bolt lines up with the bolt, it won’t power through much resistance. I had to adjust mine even though I liked the tight fit to pull the door closed tight against the weather seal. Great buy day one, I hope it has many good years ahead.

So I got my smart lock but we had problem with installation. The app was not accepting the serial number of the lock. Called the customer service and they sent me a new one in only 3 days. Great customer service. The new lock was installed with no hiccups. The lock works great so far. You will love the app on your phone. It’s so user friendly. The finger print option is so good and makes your life much easier, especially if you have old people living in the house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am definitely in love with this! At first I was like this is TOOOOOO expensive. BUT , it’s a one time purchase for a product that gives you great results!!

I got this lock installed and come to find out I had a defective unit that kept draining the battery after a few days to a week of usage. I emailed their support was offered the battery replacement at first which did not fix my issue. I was then offered a full replacement of the product and a free $30 worth of merchandise from Anker. Customer service was very pleasant to deal with and my lock is running great rn.

It works great. It’s easy to install. The features make sense. The app is intuitive and works as expected. It locks and unlocks quietly.

Let me first say. I really hate the voice prompt. Their is an option to turn off the voice and beeps. But even with that disabled. You still get the voice when the door... Lock is obstructed, registering a new fingerprint, (possibly other things)
It just makes the product feel like those cheap $3 speakers with the Chinese accent.

Other than the voice. I love everything else.

Finger print reader works really fast. It works so well that it feels like it is always searching for a print. It’s not but that’s just how fast it feels.
The keypad works like any other.
The back up physical key is a unique design that you probably can’t make copies of, but they included 5 so you shouldnt NEED them.

Materials for the lock feel premium. It’s big, it’s thick, and feels powder coaty, cold, and smooth to the touch.

I have wifi 6 here with 2.4 and 5ghz.
After a successful install and set up. The first time I tried to add a fingerprint I did received a connection error. This has only occured once. But it’s not a problem for me since I believe the print informations is locally stored on the device.

Rechargable battery is so good. It advertises 1 year. But I would still love it even if it only lasted 2 months.

As an owner of both Samsung and locks. Avoid the Samsung one at all Costco. It’s almost the same price and is a use brick compared to this lock

Install was really easy. Unfortunately that’s about how far I got. It then asked to upgrade the firmware, which failed and I now have a very expensive brick.

really really surprised me. Their smart doorbell was my first purchase, and it won me over because of the no-cloud data save. The door bell worked well enough that I decided to give this smart lock a try. It did not disappoint! It a bit on the heavy side, but very sturdy. installation instruction is very clear, and the process was easy. Finger print is great, and yes, all the features promised worked as advertised. If I have one thing to complaint about, it would be that the notification that came with the App wasn’t loud and long enough. When I was out, I sometimes missed the door bell notification noise. It would be nice if they allow us to customize our own notification noise too.

This was super simple to install and has worked very well for us.

I really like this lock. It was easy to install and added to the app the first try. I especially like the different profiles for guests and the one time code feature. The only thing to watch for is that you give the strike plate clearance for the bolt. Measure twice cut once kind of deal.

Relatively straightforward installation. Very well packaged and heavy duty. It feels durable and high quality. The price is on the higher side but pretty comparable to all the other lock brands with these features.
Cons- the lock is much thicker than expected, both inside and outside, not exactly a con but it should be mentioned.
My door came stock with the round deadbolt hole so I had to re-use the previous piece because the supplied deadbolt had the oval surround that would have needed re-drilling and mortising. Not really the fault of the lock but be prepared to spend time adjusting the striker plate etc. The door lock will consistently fail if everything isn’t lined up correctly.
Overall I think it’s a good product and I’ve had no issues as of yet.

I’ve had this lock for over a year now. I was part of the trial before launch.

If you’ve ever installed a lock before, the physical installation is basically the same. I did have to increase the depth of where the deadbolt goes into the wall when I installed the original beta unit. The adding to the app was very easy and well detailed. They do a good job with a video installation guide.

The main reason for upgrading to the paid version versus continuing with the beta was due to some issues other people had experienced in testing and mine starting to lock up. ’s customer service is top notch so if any problems with my new paid one arise, they’ll assist whereas the beta unit wasn’t being supported.

I have noticed a few huge differences with this unit. It’s much faster to recognize the fingerprint. It’s also much smoother when opening and quieter.

Great improvement over the previous model. Previous model died on us and we weren’t able to get in the house. This model has a bigger battery and ability to unlock/lock through Wi-Fi is great. After 6 months of use we are glad we upgraded

The lock was very easy to install after watching the video, setup was also straight forward and it connected to wifi right away. The auto lock function works as expected and gives me peace of mind knowing that someone didn’t forget to lock the door and the keypad/fingerprint makes sure that nobody is locked out.

I love that additional codes can be created on a schedule so dog walkers and contractors only have access to my house during the hours that I specify.

The battery it comes with is rechargeable and I haven’t had any issues yet, note that you do have to charge it before installing as it only comes with 30% battery life.

I had difficulties getting this installed properly. But to be fair, my door didn’t have the greatest seal before the install. I ended up being able to get a pretty good Install by adding some extra dense weather stripping foam before the deadbolt hold and up against the frame, and with a little bit of filing of the hole and metal plate. The fingerprint reader works great. I need to have someone who is not in the system test it still. Being able to generate codes to give people temporary access is awesome. If I had another entry door, I would buy this again.

We’ve been using various Smartlocks for years on a property we rent via AirBnB, VRBO, etc. We recently switched to to Smartlock and I’m glad we did. Compared to the other locks we have used, it stands out as the smartest of the Smartlocks we have tried. Installation was straightforward. The included manual was very clear and the needed parts for each phase clearly labeled. It was easy to program fingerprint entry and we have found it works reliably.
Best of all, just using our phones, we can appoint a unique entry code to short term guests with scheduled activation dates and times and at the same time schedule when the codes will no longer be active.
I also like the fact that we can connect to the lock directly (no separate module is required) via either wi-fi or Bluetooth. Even if there is an issue with the Wi-Fi connection, the lock automatically goes to Bluetooth.
In short, we have found it to be a very smart Smartlock. We have no hesitations in recommending it to others.

We have other smart locks and they just do not compare. This lock is the best and has it all. The keypad is elegant, the fingerprint reader is fast and accurate, the locking mechanism is quiet and also fast, the ability to lock and unlock remotely is also speedy.

This lock is excellent. Very easy to install and even easier to set up. Literally took minutes to program codes and fingerprints for the whole family. I thought the ability to lock/unlock from the app was an unnecessary bonus, but I have to say, I have used it often! When I have heavy items to carry inside, I simply unlock the door through the app before getting out of my car. It really makes things easier. Plus, if I want to double check that the door is locked at any time, I can quickly check in the app. I have no complaints about this lock. Love it!!

I had another Smart lock fitted that I replaced with this model. The previous lock constantly got stuck when locking and the double AA batteries needed replacing every 7-10 days. This Smart lock comes with exceptionally clear fitting instructions, I fitted in an hour or so. Set up was also easy but the stand out for me was the rechargable battery. After 2 weeks of constant use the battery still shows fully charged. No sticking on auto locking and the finger print reader works everytime for multiple users. Really happy with this product and will be ordering the door bell next.

Installation was a breeze; the longest part was ... charging the battery. Full charge supposed to last a whole year.
The features are great; finger print opening is very convenient and one can assign separate codes for each family member. People who need to enter can also have specific times when their code would work.

The battery does not last more than one week after full charge, and there is no way to charge it while in the lock. You have to take it out and connect to a charger through micro usb cable for at least 5-6 hours which is very inconvenient. I really like the lock but doing this every week is not fun at all.

I bought 2 of these for my personal home use and I must admit that I am very satisfied with the product.

This might seems a bit expensive but its a great product with stellar customer support, had issues the 1st time i connected the door lock a quick call to the customer support resolved the problem. 2nd issue was with the auto lock getting turned off automatically after a day, again a quick email to customer support and tuned out Auto lock and Schedule does not work together , turned off the scheduler and Auto lock worked great.

Tried many different smart lock but always have problem with installation and integration. I’m glad this one came out specially the color which matches our door knobs.

Lock for families with children: This was great for my kids! No keys to lose and no passcode to remember (or have them tell to their friends) made this lock a great addition. They always have their fingerprints! My younger children (4 and 6) took a little longer to get the prints working (2 minutes instead of 1), but my 8 year old had no issues. The kids love to show it off to their friends!

Peace of Mind: Now I know who unlocks/locks the door, when they unlock/lock it, and if the door is unlocked/locked. I set up grandparents with access so they no longer need a key. Anyone with a profile on the lock can be scheduled to use the lock all the time, or only for specific times or days.
Install: I was able to install this lock with no major issues at all. That said, I did have to remove a little wood from the door jamb so that the security plate and finish plate both fit (I didn’t previously have the heavy duty security plate). If I wasn’t using the security plate, no mods would’ve been required. No modifications needed to be made to my existing door.

Pros: Easy to install, no Wi-Fi bridge needed, great for kids, cool rounded key

Cons: None really, but if I get nitpicky...The first is that the lock must charge before the first use. You’ll need a few hours of charging before it is charged. Number two - the door must be fully lined up for deadbolt to work. This shouldn’t be an issue for most doors, but if the door is closed but not seated properly, the deadbolt may fail to actuate. It will give you an error so you are aware of the issue.

I’ve had this for around a month now and absolutely adore it. It is currently the most thought out, feature packed smart lock/deadbolt available. Like others have said, the battery does seem to not be particularly good, but the most recent update has made it considerably better, and I imagine it will continue to improve. Love, love the fact that the fingerprints are stored locally, and that the lock can be unlocked 8 ways to Sunday. Keys, codes, fingerprints, whatever. Haven’t had it screw up once. It’s a great looking unit to boot which is a nice bonus.

Installation was a breeze. Did not have to drill any additional holes in my door.
Using it for a month. So far so good. Getting text alerts each time the door is opened is a plus.

Bought this to go with the other products I’ve recently bought. Brand loyalty I guess you can say but the rvs for all their items are always great so I had to leave one for the smart lock. The wifi incorporated onto the system is a plus. I started with the smart doorbell. I then added a camera. Now I have the home security system with a total of 4 cameras, smart doorbell, smart lock, and robo vac.

Now to explain my experience with smart lock: The installation was simple. Maybe a 20 minute job if you had to modify your deadbolt hole (sorry not sure what it’s called) a bit. I was having to go a bit deeper in order for the dead bolt to open up completely to lock. I used a hammer and chisel but the process was simple. I like that you can unlock/lock thru your phone. Even set temporary passcodes.
The one downside of it was that it comes with 5 keys strictly for the smart lock. They sorta remind me of the old school jail keys you see in cartoons lol. Bulky looking keys but I don’t have one on my key ring. I eventually bought a concealed key hider to hide at my house JUST IN CASE the battery dies or my wifi goes down for some reason. I have yet to experience either option but I wanted to be safe. It’s been about 2 months and the battery icon on the app shows 4 of 5 battery bars so it’s doing great. Guess it depends on your usage. I bought the black style to match my smart doorbell but now I’m having to either paint or replace my front door knob to match (currently brushed nickel). Other than that, I really enjoy the peace of mind of knowing I can check the app to ensure it’s locked because I’m a forgetful person.

I thought this would be a lot harder to install. Only thing you may have to watch out for is the dead bolt hole on your door may be smaller than this one. Also, it may not align with door frame like your previous lock. You may have to drill to widen the hole on your door frame or on the door. Otherwise, it is a breeze to install.
Battery last quite long and wifi connection works well. Their app has quite a lot of features and you can add people and their access to your door based on hours of the day, etc.

I was blown away of the ease of installation and the ease of use. The battery is very good. You won’t need to charge it often. So far my battery is going on 3 months and it’s still say full.

I’m not a handyman person but this lock was very easy to setup, install and works well. The phone app is very easy to navigate. Very good product.

It’s been a couple of days since I installed it. I haven’t had any connectivity or battery issues. The hardest part during the installation process was having to go out buy a 1" drill bit to accommodate the deadbolt. Once I drilled the deadbolt hole to the correct size, the rest of the process was pretty easy.

I bought this lock back. Just as a counterpoint to several rvs that I’ve read, I just got a notification to charge the battery a few days ago ... about 8 months after I installed it. Installation was a breeze. We recently moved to a new manufactured home and have the round drive in style of faceplate rather than the standard rectangular plate. An email to /Anker customer service has the round faceplate on its way to me so I can move the lock to our new place. Very pleased with the product and the customer service.

Easy to install and works great. I did have to modify the deadbolt opening because the deadbolt was a different size from the old deadbolt.

Like that has 3 different ways of working: code, key and finger tip. I love, it it helps a lot whene you have older love ones and you are not at home.

I really enjoyed installing the lock it is so very easy and I was lucky enough to not have anything go wrong while installing it or operating it after installation. Was very smooth from start to finish everything works as expected the finger print scanner works flawlessly the app works very well with it too. I was able to hook it up to my Alexa through Wi-Fi it locked and unlocked it. I even locked and unlocked it with my Apple Watch which was something I did not expect when I bought it.

I had a similar lock before this except it wasn’t Wi-Fi enabled and did not have all these bells and whistles hint why it was time to upgrade. I used to have to change out the rechargeable batteries every two weeks so i was excited about this lock which boasted a 6 month long battery. I also have plenty of spare keys now this lock comes with 5 keys to manually unlocked the door which one will go to my housing manager because they are fickle like that. Great lock I highly recommend.

I have nothing but G R E A T things to say about this product. If I could give it 50 stars I would!!! I had purchased a cheaper brand trying to save a few dollars. (Major mistake) the weight of this lock alone speaks volumes. Definitely heavy duty. The built in WiFi is a great feature. Step by step instructions on how to install the lock. ((You don’t see step 3 because it is the actual lock. It took me literally 3 minutes and 27 seconds to install the lock. Yes I timed myself. From the notifications within the app that let’s you know each time the lock is locked and unlocked to being able to automatically set the lock to lock after so many seconds of opening the door. I absolutely love everything about this lock!!!!!!

It’s not cheap, but trust me, buy it and you’ll find a lot less troublesome

Working as advertised

We bought one to try and liked it so much we bought two more! It was really easy to install, set up and use. I really like the ability on the app to grant permissions to other people for them to be able to unlock our door without giving them full admin access. It works great for our realtor as well to be able to get in to show our house without having to put a lock box on the door or hand out an extra key. We can also unlock the door from anywhere so if someone shows up that we want to let in we can do that. This is a great product!

Not difficult the installtion

The lock works just as I had hoped.
It is made like a tank...well constructed.

I called customer service after purchase in hopes to expedite shipping.
The customer service agent said he did not think there was a way to speed it up as it would be a week till I received it.
I had purchased a lock locally and needed to return it before the return policy ran out.
I was shocked when I received it in three days?
I was able to return the lock locally and install this lock.
I would call this super service as I had no clue they were able to expedite shipping this fast.

This type of service is super rare as I am 71 yrs old and have not experienced this level of customer service
in 40yrs!
I had purchased their doorbell to replace one that had a six-dollar-a-month subscription.
So I will do business again with this company.

Only a few days in, but the lock installed without issue (its as easy as installing a regular deadbolt, but add threading the wire through the hole and a few screws for the back plate.

So far we have used the fingerprint scanner almost exclusively as it is the fastest, gave the housekeeper a passcode to use (During our defined window times), and checked/used the app many times as well.

We also have the Cam 2 system with a 2k battery doorbell. I love how the lock shows up on the doorbell screen and allows me to open the door right from there. Also, since its the same app... all the notifications come from the same place.

This is the second lock that I purchased for my front door. I had problems with the app with the first one and I believe that it was defective.
The lock and app both work perfectly. I love the fingerprint feature, I can set it to automatically lock after a certain amount of time and so much more.
Also, my husband installed both locks and he said that this lock was so much easier to install than the first one. I would 100% recommend this lock!

P.S. I hardly ever write rvs.

The biometric lock/unlock worked fine but the device would disconnect from the wifi constantly making any sort of home automation impossible. I was pretty mad after I spent so much money on this lock. I contacted and they sent me a firmware update quickly which resolved my issue. I’m super impressed with this product and this brand.

I can’t really speak on installing because my boyfriend did that but it looks nice and the fingerprint reader is pretty cool! My 6 year old has a hard time getting her finger on it correctly but seems to work for everyone else. Has some cool security features like locking automatically after 30 mins. Overalls I like it!

Install wasn’t easy (had an installer perform the installation and it took him a while to complete the work). But once installed it works great, all the features work flawlessly. I recommend this lock to everyone

The entire line is outstanding. Seriously. There’s no subscription fee, no monitoring fee. If you have Wi-Fi, you can do it all yourself. Stop fooling around with other systems, (like the one that rhymes with “Bing”), and get . The camera and audio on these things are SO good that you’ll have to fine tune it so you do NOT pick up trees blowing and your neighbors conversations across the street. Yep, THAT good.

I’ve had this lock for 7 months now, and it works well. It was easy to install, and works on my old lock bore size of 1 5/8" without redrilling the hole. It was simple to install, although it took a bit longer than the advertised time required, as I needed to reset the jamb plate to allow the lock to function smoothly. The fingerprint reader works fine for me, but my wife can’t seem to get it to work for her. Being able to just scan my thumb to unlock and lock the door is really nice! The app allows me to lock and unlock the door from anywhere I have an internet connection, and I can see who is coming and going at any time via a real time alert or the lock log. I have programmed several personal codes for family and friends, and can restrict the access of our cat sitter to just the times we are away by simply changing her access schedule. The battery lasted a full 6 months before I got the low battery warning. Although not the 1 year advertised, I think it is pretty good for a lock that gets worked about 15 times a day. The lock has worked reliably across temperatures from 20 - 105 degrees F. I highly recommend this product.

Well so far everything works TOTALLY PERFECT, it has only been used for 2 months, the energy bar has not lowered, that makes me think that the other rvs are false and I will make an update in 6 months and I will notify you more about the battery. EVERYTHING IS GOOD, the fingerprints do not fail, if the system is great and it can also be unlocked from outside the ace, sometimes it gives an error but if you keep trying it works Perfect, so far NO PROBLEMS and many benefits.

I have been researching WiFi door locks and finally decided on the Efuy because it had the fingerprint, code, app and key to lock and unlock. WiFi and Bluetooth built in was a plus.

It was easy to install since I already had a deadbolt on the door. Setup with the app went very smoothly and fingerprint was easy to add.

The only glitch was getting another person setup on the app. After I went through the share device on the app and the other person setup their own account it made us go through the whole setup and wiped out my original code and fingerprint. I am sure this is user error. We just setup again under my app sign in and are using the same sign in and added the second user.

The lock is big but very attractive and very functional! Loving it.

I initially purchased a high end $350+ smart lock and returned it due to poor instructions and difficulty connecting it to WiFi. This product was then purchased and worth every penny. Ease of use and set up with more functionality than the more expensive locks! Highly recommended!

I have to say that the first lock that I received did not work very well. It was stuck at some times. But the replacement works perfect.

Love this device, great fingerprint sensor. My wife and I don’t have to worry about forgetting keys and if we forgot to lock the front door. It’s been about 2 months since we’ve had it installed and have no issues.

We have a really old home (built in 1903) and installing this on the door took a small effort. The deadbolt was not opening and retracting smoothly, meaning the motor could not manage to open and close itself withour using your hand. I found out the deadbolt hole on the door was not a standard size so I had to cut it to the correct size. I don’t imagine this being an issue at all on newer doors.

Aside from this, I really love the system. It seems to work ok with my Google assistant but can take some time to respond to open and close commands. We simply use the fingerprint for the most part.

I got so tired of remembering whether we locked the door - this simplifies your life - and you can open and lock it from anywhere. So thankful I have this - as my husband memory is going. I know when he’s left - you get alerts. The battery is easy to access so you can charge it - every 6 months.

I’ve had it for a couple of months and so far I’m really satisfied with it. I like that it has a wifi connection in the unit. I love that it has a fingerprint recognition. It is so much faster than entering code and no one can see your code that way. Haven’t run into any problems.

I found the contact information on the box and called the company. The service was fantastic! They apologized for the inconvenience and, even though I was already out of my return window, they honored the warranty and sent me a brand new complete locks set the very next day! I installed it today and it fit like a dream. I am very impressed! The lock was super easy to install and it works fantastic. Very user-friendly and it looks great!

This thing is very well packaged, super strong construction, has easy to follow instructions and installs quickly. The only problem I had on my front door was I had to file down the wood door frame slightly as the dead bolt needs to work smoothly and it would stick when moving in and out of the frame. Easy fix. After the first install it took less than 5 minutes to install the same lock on the back door. The finger print setup can be a little tricky and took my wife and I a few tries to finally get it right. But once it records your print it works very well. Also like the way this integrates with our door bell/camera. The app is great and integrates my Door bell and lock seamlessly. The Auto Lock works exactly as advertised and probably the one thing we like the most about it. Turn the auto lock on, set the time and never worry about forgetting to lock the door and the app notifies you every time the door(s) lock and unlock. We love it.

Finger reader works fantastic. You can add 100 users and/or fingerprints. The auto lock feature is a great bonus for us that are usually on the run. If a family member needs to go inside the house it is so easy to unlock from wherever you are. It takes nearly 10min. To install. We are really pleased with this item.

I bought this after a lot of research to replace a name brand deadbolt with a keypad that only lasted a couple of years. I am very impressed with this lock so far. It was very easy to install and set up once you download the app to your phone. The fingerprint works really well and is the easiest way to open it. I like that it has a code and a key just in case. The keys are not standard, but it comes with a whole bunch of them. I love the features on the app and also the connection to Alexa. I feel very safe with this lock and my kids love it. I can’t comment on battery life yet, although so far the battery is good. It is easy to access the battery with a slide off cover unlike my old lock which required a screwdriver.

I have no major problems with the smart lock at all. My issues are more with the installation of a smart lock. Something I didn’t think about before buying one was the door and door frame just not lining up without some work to close it properly. We have that on our main front door, but not on our mudroom door. I would have liked to have installed the smart lock on our front door, but we have to push the door in (a decent amount of effort) to lock the deadbolt. So a smart lock will not work with that door without modifying the door and frame first. That said, I got the smart lock installed on our mudroom door and it works perfectly. I’ve had a couple of minor issues having it recognize my fingerprint, which is why I took off one star for the fingerprint reader. Otherwise all the features are awesome. It integrates with our video doorbell video so that I can trigger it from our video doorbell.

It is 100% functional with fingerprints, pin and keys. With the application you can open and close the door even if you are miles away if you need someone to enter your house.

Earlier I purchased a single unit for my front door and Later upgraded all three doors with smart wifi lock. Its so fat to access and I have linked Alexa and with ring sensors to auto lock whenever it close position. Totally happy with my purchase.

Super impressed with this unit. Quite easy to install, looks beautiful, solid construction, and works like a dream. The ability to add codes for a specified time frame makes it great for an Airbnb. Would absolutely buy again.

I bought a Yale assure lock for more than 300 dollars, thinking that with the brand and the price it should be the best option!! I returned it and bought this for half the price, I must say that it far exceeds the Yale and my expectations were met !! Excellent lock, if you are looking for quality at a good price this is your best option

Great smart lock. It has wifi built in so you don’t need to purchase anything else. The app is easy to use and setup multiple access accounts.

The installation is a breeze even with no experience with deadbolts. The app is ok. The previous issue with connectivity has been fixed with firmware updates and most likely improvement in my internet connection. The only issue is that the battery drains in about 2 months. But when you remove the battery to charge, there is residual power in the unit. Battery charges fully in a couple of hours using a 20w charger.

I’ve been looking to replace our standard locks on our front doors into a smart system with keypad code entry. Found this one by with great rvs. This was actually great for me, since I already knew that I would be buying my camera system from them as well. Accessing and controlling all of my smart devices on one app makes things a lot easier and seamless. It has a fingerprint feature and backup traditional key. The aesthetics of it are nice, the circular cover for the keyhole disguises it well. The fingerprint biometric scanner works extremely well. To set it up, you have to scan each fingerprint 8 times just like you would for Touch ID on an iPhone. You can set different passcodes for different people and track who’s coming and going. You can also restrict access for certain times of the day. The one thing I can’t speak on is the battery life. But I will update if there are any issues. Installation was a breeze. If you download the app, create a profile, add your device and scan the QR code on your unit there will be a step by step video to help guide you with the installation. For some reason there are two QR codes on the item and they don’t make it clear that the one you need to scan is hidden inside and you have to remove the battery cover to access it (See photo). Items in the box are also numbered by step to make it easy to follow.

This was very easy to install as well as the App that is used to guide the installation. Finger print reads very quickly and the package delivery option...ITs ok (there is still some bugs in it, I was getting alerts about a package on the door, well that package turned out to be my door mat, that was there for a Long time.

My brother does construction for a living. He installed it in about an hour. It was a replacement lock but the only issue was the lock plate needed to be filled down to completely operate. Set up was a breeze. I may suggest you immediately charge the battery when you get the box. It takes approximately 6 hours to charge and you’ll need it for the electronics to work. Great product

Pretty happy with it so far. Only issue I had was with the installation. Was installing it in a new house and didn’t have the router running yet, so I couldn’t continue the install. Had to rip it out, put everything back together and do it a couple weeks later when the router was up. Took several times before it would find the router, but once it did, all was pretty smooth. A few nit noy things happen sometimes, but not a big deal. If your finger is wet or too dry, wont read it. Have to ’wake up’ the key pad to enter your numbers.
Would I buy it again yes, i would.

This has to be the best purchase!! It was super easy to install, set up was a breeze and it works just the way it says it should. I couldn’t be any happier with it. I looked at different smart locks for 3 weeks, decided this had the best rvs, best information available and the best battery. And the best price point for all the features. And I got it on Prime days. If you’re vacillating between this lock and another, choose this one!!

The installation and setup of the lock was super easy. Instructions are well written, parts are properly marked with each step. Could not be more pleased with installation. Setup with the app and configuring fingerprint and passcode was straight forward. Look forward to using this whenever I forget my house key.

I have a metal door so the fit was important to me. This product is flexible and after removing the adapter, it fit my door easily. The app works well and I just love that I can unlock or lock with a thumb print from either thumb or forefinger. No more digging for keys. I feel very secure. I highly recommend this lock and my next door neighbor is getting one too.

This was easy to install and setup. The fingerprint reader doesn’t always recognize when I touch it ... it doesn’t deny my fingerprint, it just doesn’t register that I’m touching the touchpad. So, I lift my finger and touch it again and it works just like it should. (Possibly user error ... haha ... Who knows... I’m still getting used to it)

it work great, pretty tough with install, the screw is different size compare to my door trim, wish have few screw size options to use, i had to use different kind of screw to be able screw on trim wood length due to concrete wall.

It took maybe 15 minutes to install and works great so far. The finger print sensor is a cool feature, but it does have trouble reading my prints occasionally. Haven’t had any issues just using the key pad though

Bio function is exceptional and fast as is the voice activated locking command with Alexa. Recommend purchasing on Black Friday this coming November 2022 on Black Monday. Easy installation. I bought two and the first one took about 30 minutes. The second one about 10 minutes. One con: The silver screws are China made and will round out if you’re not careful. I replaced with American made screws instead. I did a lot of research on Smart Locks and this is likely the best on the market. My own opinion.

I don’t write rvs very often, but this level of service warrants recognition. I purchased a refurbished unit, and it arrived with a problem on the grooves that take the long screws that go through the door. Basically the screws would not go all the way in, which in turn prevented the proper mounting of the lock. Called them up on a Sunday afternoon, and a very nice gentleman picked up the phone and helped us out. A properly-working replacement was sent back to us within two days. I’m very happy with the lock itself and its many features too, but a this point that just feels like a bonus!

Originally only for our front door but I have since added 2 more for all our deadbolt doors. It dose not read my 8 year olds prints well but she just uses a code number instead. I would have liked the option of buying three all keyed alike.

This may take several hours and MUST be done BEFORE installation. rvers complaining about short battery life may have failed to read this note and charge the battery pack.)

Once charged and installed, my unit connected immediately with my Wi-Fi but I am still coaxing it to pair directly to my Motorola Edge+ via Bluetooth. When I instruct my phone to find new Bluetooth devices, it does not find the lock. I have reached out to customer support and will keep you apprised how this turns out. It operates perfectly from my phone via the Wi-Fi connection.

The unit is easy to program and quickly learned both my and my wife’s codes and fingerprints.

I will be installing a second unit on my property on the wife’s she shed, her quilting room. The instructions and the security app make clear this is easily done and both units may be controlled separately with their own codes if desired. I have already determined that the manual keys are NOT the same, and the keys to open the front door will NOT open the she shed.

It’s legit, works just like it should

I was bit concerned in getting this. I like the idea, but automated mechanical stuff can go sideways easily.

A few months of use have given me the confidence to give this 5 stars. It was very easy to install and it’s worked very reliably. I’m the nerd in the family, so I give be props to that my wife actually races ahead of me to open the door with her fingerprint. If she’s a fan, it’s solid.

My brother has this and even bought for his GF, and in one of those instances modifications had to be made for fit (understandable for what it is), however mine fit perfectly and was extremely easy to install. Make sure you get it with the built in WIFI hub.
