Lights went out at the plug after 2 months.

Very unhappy with the lights. Purchased this in late July and 1/2 the lights went out because of tge plug in base. That is the main reason we got this for our media room. Would like them to send a new set of lights. It would be tge right thing to do. :(

Nice entertainment center for the price

This is a all around nice center once it’s put together. I’ve been assembling furniture for years and this was the most difficult by far. The printed instructions are only pictures and don’t give you a detail of what goes where and how. They give you a instructional video on youtube which helps with some parts but overall this is the poorest made assembly instructions I’ve ever encountered. Took me about 2 and a half hours to figure it out. Now about the center itself its very well put together and the big drawer in the middle is spacious. The glue on the led strips is poor and they will fall after a few hours. I used super glue to hold them in place. I will recommend one you put weight on it that you use two people to move it other wise you risk breaking the wood on the opposite side twisting and breaking.

The directions leave out one key item, which is that you need to make sure you tighten the locking screws BEFORE putting them into the locking mechanism. This necessary step is left out, which leaves the finished product wobbly and unusable. If you lock everything tight, then it’s quite sturdy and looks great.
