I like the cushion. After a short "unfolding phase" the mat is laid flat on the floor. I know the cushions aren’t see-through, but the milky look was a little frustrating at first...but that’s not a quality issue. So: so good so far, everything else will be in a few years

I have an "executive chair" on my desk. Floor mats provide perfect carpet protection. But be careful. There are many types of rug pads that have a "nub" on the underside that fits snugly over the rug to prevent slippage.The mats are not suitable for parquet or laminate floors. For example on parquet floors. Pick up a pad without bumps.

The floor protectors are of good quality, but unfortunately they either ruin the wooden floors that are supposed to protect them from the rollers on the tables and chairs, or they poke holes in all the wooden floors (because of the non-slip knobs). Our balcony was resealed. I put a floor protector with a knob on the bottom so it wouldn’t get caught on the balcony chairs. This allows rainwater to run off. A lawn rug is not good as the balcony does not have a roof and can accumulate leaves and debris.

The floor mat on this chair is about 2 years old, recently picked up the mat and vacuumed it underneath and noticed the "cleats" were coming through, there were so many cracks in the mat that I found I needed to replace it. This is not a durable product at all. I wouldn’t call it premium at all, the description says very premium.

This thing won’t last long. It is light even if I sink into the carpet with this. Disappointing, but you get what you pay for. And, like most people say, it’s very difficult to lie flat. It’s doable, but if you’re old or have back problems, get help.

am very happy with this mat. The tongue is slightly longer to fit under a table. This will also reduce the amount of cushions hanging behind the desk (which is a good thing). I looked up some chair cushions for my office chair, which is my office (spare bedroom) with high pile carpet. It’s tough enough not to sink into carpet, peel and trip, or stick to bare bottoms to shred your toes. Lie flat on your back for support.

Product does not curl and not bend like described by many people. On the contrary, product is very soft, i takes no time and no sun to straighten it from rolled up delivered product. I actually find it too soft and it moves on hardwoods and especially on laminate so I have to keep correcting it. It is OK, not great product for hardwoods and laminate.

I have had far too many issues with this matt that ive just resulted in removing it completely! I originally bought this to be used on carpet to protect it but it kept just getting caught under the wheels and not really protecting anything. The plastic is very thin and an awkward shape so its difficult to set it under the desk/chair. This would be good for hardwood floors to stop scratching but i wouldnt recommend for any carpet.

But this mat is great. My chair roles better than it has on any other carpet protector. The corners don’t curl up and get annoying. It hasn’t even scratched yet I have have used it every day since it arrived. This is a great value for the money.

I have had many plastic mat/carpet protectors over thirty plus years. This chair mat is clearly heads and shoulders better than the rest. It is very durable; I will have to give it a proper period of time to determine whether this is so. But, this is the only plastic mat that came in a flat box. All of the other mat’s came rolled up and it took a long time to flatten out the curl. Perhaps this is part of the reason that within a year or two, the plastic started to crack on all these other mats, and the mat became unusable. The biggest immediate wow, however, is that you immediately can feel the quality - my rolling executive chair glides as if it is on glass.

Bought it for my husbands desk, so far it is holding up well. It really grips the carpet and the chair rolls nicely.

I ordered this after a long search. It is a very good product for your money. It lets my chair roll quietly and my bed stops me from rolling off from it backwards. I had one that I bought from another local store and that did not work out at all. The wheels of my chair just sunk into it and by then it was so bad that I couldn’t return it damaged like that. I am using this on carpet and it works great. I do have to be careful when getting in and out of my chair to make sure it is safe before I get up or sit down so my chair doesn’t take a roll since I am recovering from a knee surgery and that would increase the pain. I would re commend this product to anyone.

In six months I would be able to rate it’s durability and sturdiness. It looks and feels great after one week. It is sturdy, but for how long?

I replaced a chair pad that tended to travel on the rug. I was always moving it back into place. This one has a bunch of little spikes on the bottom that prevent it from traveling.

In addition it’s very sturdy and doesn’t get chair leg divots. No stuck chair for me #yeah!

My big and tall office chair just fits on the smaller 29 inch wide size, but it stays on track so not a problem. Would probably buy the larger size next time. Came in a large flat box and very sturdy. Love it!

This Polycarbonate chair mat provides great support durability that you just can’t get with Vinyl or other plastic.. I have a low pile carpet in my home office, but there is also a thin cushioning mat under the carpet, so any chair mat that isn’t very sturdy will sag make indents in the surface that will make moving your chair difficult.. First it was shipped flat, so it conformed to the floor real well. Second it holds its position on rug extremenly well because of plastic pins on bottom. It is fairly thick and durable. Did not rate durability because I have only had it for a short period of time, but I cannot see any reason why it won’t last for several years. Just be careful about removing it from package those knobby pins on bottom hold it to the rug but can scratch skin real easy.

Have this smaller one in my craft room and larger one in my office. Work well, protect carpet and well packaged for delivery. Highly recommend!

I purchased 1 over a year ago for a relative and it has held up perfectly. I just purchased 1 for myself and I’m very impressed on how well it holds up. Other ones that I have purchased in the pass gets roller marks.

I went through a couple of those cheap vinyl ones, before I found this hard plastic. It’s hard to find these nowadays! With the vinyl ones, your chair just digs into it and makes a divot so it’s hard to roll the chair around, or it slips all over the carpet and you have to readjust it every day. This is just right!

This chair mat is perfect for medium pile carpet. Thick enough to hold the weight of me sitting in my chair without indentations from the cushion of the carpet and padding. It is shipped flat in a box so no curling, if it was even possible to roll up. It’s not due to it’s thickness. This seems much more durable than the one I replaced, which was a cheaper less thick one.

I bought this mat to replace the "cheapie" I bought a few years ago .I am 235 pounds and this weight is tough on those cheap mats . This new one appears to be a bit thicker and made of a more durable type of plastic ...so far it appears to be holding up without the "indentations" and deformation that was occurring with the cheaper mat . Time will tell !

Most mats do not do well on plush carpet. They get dents wherever your chair wheels sit. This does not get dents. It also stays where you put it on the carpet - it does not creep in one direction or the other. I love this mat. I just wish it was a few inches wider. However, I knew what size it was when I bought it and it is the size advertized.

Like many people I waited until my carpet began to deteriorate before looking for a mat. Ordered a different one and it came rolled up. Didn’t open and ordered this mat. Removed from the flat shipping materials, removed the sticker in about 5 seconds, placed on the floor and began using it. This is a very study mat that will not break. Perfect for carpet but not for use on a rug over hardwood. The points on mat pressed through the rug and made bad indentions on the hardwood. Permanent damage. You may want to put something else under the rug.

I was skeptical of this at first since a lot of people seemed to say it was prone to cracking, but so far, it’s worked out great. I’m a little heavier of a guy and i didn’t want to use my rolling chair on bare carpet as it would cause indentions and this has mitigated that 100%. Others hav also said that it moves around while they’re using it. So far i haven’t experienced any of that but i guess we will see. I used to get the cheap mats which weren’t too sturdy and cracked too quickly. This doesn’t appear to be even close to having that problem.

Above my expectations ...... the usual challenges are not there.

1. It was shipped flat. Label peeled off in 5 seconds. No complaint.
2. It seems to have some flexibility "to give" ... it is not "brittle" and it is not 100% flat which is probably needed for to not to crack over time. I am 175 pounds with a fairly low ply carpet but do sit on an Aero chair to work on a PC all day. So far so good. Time will tell.
3. I know I have a low ply carpet so the bar is lower. But it HAS NOT moved at all with the help of these little spikes. A moving plastic mat is my pet peeve.

And if it doesn’t crack, you have a winner here.

I ordered the biggest one and it shipped flat. I thought it was going to be too big, but it’s a perfect fit and is leaving no indentions in my carpet and my chair freely moves now! (A little too easy, but that’s better than digging into the carpet). The sticker people mentioned came right off, just peel a corner and go slow.

This is a heavy duty desk chair mat that is just the right size and thick enough to be very durable and the molded studs keep it in place on the carpet. Because it is so thick it cannot be folded or rolled which makes it a little hard to move and put in place.

I want to start off by saying this thing is SUPER sturdy, it does not flex or bend like other floor mats I’ve owned have and it’s even rigid enough for me to stand on without it bowing at all which is perfect as I have a standing desk.My only negative that I can possibly think of is that because it’s so rigid I ended up slicing my toe open on the edge of the mat and bled pretty badly all over the carpet, but other than that it’s been great!

I purchased this chair mat more than 8 months ago to make it easier to roll my office chair and to protect my carpet from the rolling chair wheels. After all these months, the mat is still flawless and as sturdy as the day I purchased it. I’m actually surprised at how well it held up given my previous experience with other, less expensive mats.

I had purchased another brand a few months before that I ended up throwing away because it started showing wheel indentations and general unevenness. Yes, it was about $20 cheaper, but I ended up throwing away and made a smarter, long term investment when I purchased this one.

I really love this chair mat! Working 8-9 hours from home in a seated position can be tiring and pressure on a chair and mat, but this mat is extremely durable and maneuvers well! Little bubs on the bottom keep it from sliding, chair rolling resistance is very low. On very plush carpet you may experience a small amount of flex at the very edge which is to be expected.

Great quality, the mat is resistant and works well in my high pile carpet. It’s easy to move the chair over it without loosing the control. The size looked small initially, but if you measure really the area where you use your chair it actually it’s perfect.

It’s definitely sturdy -- that means it’s rather heavy. It will far outlast the one I just replaced. The Mail carrier inadvertently left my package across the street -- my poor neighbor had to struggle to bring it over.

The product shipped flat and initially I liked it a lot. The first month I had a lot of use every day but I went back to work three days a week and they use on it went down. Last week I came upstairs and sat down in my office chair and I heard crack and I rolled over to see what it was and it went crack again and cracked in the second spot. It’s still usable but should’ve held up better than it did for three months at $65 for this mad that was touted as pretty indestructible. I think I’ll just try and get a fiberboard mat instead of these plastic mats. Would not buy again if it’s only going to last three months.

It is extremely well made with no flex as I wheel around on it over medium depth shag carpet. Spent twice as much on a "heavy duty" one at a local main brand office store and had to return as the wheels just sunk into the flexible mat. This is a hard surface and it’s just like being on hard flooring. Love this mat.

Mine shipped flat and not sure how any of the others were able to be rolled up - it had to be a mistake - as mine was extremely sturdy. I’ve only used for a day so far and it works well. l’ll update if I experience any cracking. For now, definitely recommend!

I did lots of research to find a new mat for my computer chair for carpet. Who knew they were so expensive? This one is great, very thick, arrives in a giant box because it is NOT rolled up. Recommend it for sure.

After a week of daily use, I can say I love this product! I use it on regular household carpet. The first one I bought let the wheels sink in and created an equal problem to being on carpet. Putting rolled mats out in the Sun to flatten is a pain so that this ships flat is a big plus. After a week of moderate use shows no signs of wear. Label came off very easily.

I’ve gone through a few chair mats for my office chair that it’s an office (spare bedroom) with high pile carpet. It’s sturdy enough that it doesn’t sink into the carpet, it doesn’t peel up and trip you or shred your toe that you stub on the exposed bottom side. It just lays flat and provides support.

I really appreciate that this mat shipped flat and arrived flat. I’ve had other mats that are rolled, and unrolling them with and adjusting... those spikes hurt. Fits great over my medium ply carpet, no shifting, no issues with curling lip on the edge.

I’ve had other ones before that we’re not as good as this. Looks like it will last.

Very happy with this mat. The tongue is a bit longer so it fits farther under my desk. Also, that leaves less mat hanging out behind my desk (which is good). The biggest improvement that I’m seeing is that the wheels don’t sink in at all compared to my last mat, which was equally think but not as stiff.

I did notice it doesn’t have the beveled edges of my last mat, which is the only thing that isn’t superior to my last model. Overall I would definitely get this again. I will saw it wasn’t packaged properly and arrived with some scratches but that’s more an issue with the shipper.

After much hemming and hawing, I finally settled on this office mat. I’m not sure what all the fuss is over the sticker as mine came off very easily. I have a small space and it fits perfectly where I have it. As to the durability, well that remains to be seen. But if I can protect my floor and carpet then it’s a winner in my book.

Was this supposed to come totally scratched and blotchy? Not sure if they all are like this or just mine. This is not what I was expecting based on the photos.

I’ve had this mat for about 4 months now. I work at my desk for at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and the mat is showing no signs of denting or cracking (for reference, I weigh around 157 lbs). My desk chair rolls on it beautifully and the mat stays in place/doesn’t noticeably shift.

It shipped to me flat, so I didn’t have to unroll it or have any issues with unboxing. The sticker came off cleanly as well. I don’t think the mat is yellowing either, but I imagine that would take a bit longer even with the poorest quality mat, so maybe it just hasn’t happened yet.

Have not had it for long but I like that it is heavier than the first one I got.

I bought 2 of them for our home office setup, one for my wife’s and another for me. It first perfectly and very durable.

I am not familiar with the other chair mats but this one being a solid sheet of Plastic Material works very well on carpet. So far it is durable, but the question remains for how long.

My chair has legs not rollers so I am sliding on the pad regularly. Was a little concerned about it cracking over time but after a year of use, no issues. It’s a good sturdy piece of PET plastic and no divots are formed by the chairs sitting upon it. It is exactly as described and the dimensions are just right for a normal desk

The one I bought has the spikes on the back, so I would not recommend this type for hardwood floors. It is perfect for on top of carpet. Very durable and sturdy.

We have had an inexpensive plastic rug protector for our desk chair for years. The chair wheels indented it as both my husband and I are heavy. The past couple of years it started breaking along the edge. We have had the new one for 3 months and love it. No indentations from the chair wheels and the chair moves smoothly over it.

I used to have the usual cheap mat over my carpet and the chair would sink into it and leave marks and it ended up cracking and breaking. This mat is so much better! I have only had it for a few days but it feels like I am on a solid surface now, and seems to support the office chair wheels much better.

This item has spikes on the back to anchor it in a rug. It would slide on a hardwood floor. On a rug it’s the best I have ever had -- shipped flat with no rolling to try and undo. I wish that they had a larger model for desks but I will order it again in preference to the vinyl mats that are shipped as a roll and eventually crack.

I’ve been going through standard chair mats for carpet every 12 to 18 months. This one is at least 50% thicker and really does the job. I might not need to replace it for years if even that.

We had purchased a glass mat first. It wasn’t a T shape and my husband’s chair kept falling off the edge when he pulled his chair under the desk. Our carpet was a medium/high pile. We didn’t want to spend $700 on another glass one with a T. We decided to try this....and it is terrific. Really glad we bought it!

We got new carpet that is very thick. My chair could not roll. This mat allows me to roll around easily. I also like the extension that goes under the desk so my feet aren’t wearing away at that part of the carpet. I’ve had it for almost 1.5 months and have had no problems. It would be nice if the edges were raises to prevent me from rolling off the mat, but I don’t know if there are any with that feature. I would definitely recommend.

This is my fourth chair mat, and in the less than two weeks that I’ve used it I’ve liked it a lot. It’s not too soft or too hard, hasn’t cracked or dimpled, and I haven’t detected any odors. I recently realized that there are wide and very shallow depressions where the chair’s wheels tend to sit, but I had to look intensely and run my fingers over the same area multiple times to detect them, and they don’t cause the chair to settle in those positions. I believe those very slight depressions are due to having had office chairs on different chair mats at the same location over the course of years; i.e. the carpet is slightly depressed in that area. If its durability persists, this would be the best chair mat I’ve owned.

Looks good and does what it’s intended to do. It comes rolled up and took me almost a month to get the lump/ridges out of it. Finally, with the help of a hair drier and by placing heavy objects on the mat when my officed wasn’t in use, I got it flat.

The mat is nice and does what it’s supposed to do, which is keep your chair moving on carpeted floors. My carpet is a medium plush and it works fine. While sitting in the chair for a length of time, there are slight dimples where the wheals are, but the don’t impede the rolling of the chair.

Easy to use. People that are complaining about it being rolled up just need to let it sit in a warm room or heat it up a bit to make it plyable.

We have one room that has carpeting in it and that’s the living room. We have four cats, two of which like to pee on the carpeting. So I would put doggie pads down and rugs. But they would pee on the rugs. So I bought three of these plastic pads, put one each down where they kept on peeing on the floor. Not only does it save my carpeting It also saved our cats from being thrown outside by my husband. Now I can take the wet vac and clean it up.

It came in a box rolled. I took it out and unrolled it which took a few minutes. I rolled out that back end stood on it rolled the front out and it fit perfectly. I am so pleased with my floor mat.

Only con would be when you first get it, it’ll be very stiff and you’ll have to anchor it down around the edges for a few days if not a week. Other than that no problems.

This has been a good floormat! Im not sure how it is on hardwood because i used mine for carpet. I struggled unrolling it at first but i was able to get it to lay flat after a few tries. I work from home and just needed something to make it easier spending all day in my office. Its of course not completely see through bc the part where the grippy spikes are like make it look slightly opaque but i honestly dont see any issues with it.

It’s just a clear flexible chair mat with a beveled “lip” - it’s not rocket science. Looks like it might slide on a wood floor if not anchored by a file cabinet, etc. Works great on my carpeted floor, which otherwise would be soon likely be destroyed by a rolling office chair.

The mat is good. It feels sturdy and as comfortable as plastic/rubber can be for the feet. It did arrive very tuff and hard to bend and flatten out. I had to use a heat gun to flatten it out. The instructions were also very clear on how to flatten it out too, but it is winter during this time of year. A heat gun was the better option for this time of year.

I was always skeptical but I have realized I didnt go wrong making this purchase. It is worth it so far. No cracks, nothing out of the ordinarily, and it is a great mat. I recommend this product to all who wants to spend their money on it.

I just received my mat. It did come rolled up. The package instructions were to allow a few days to unroll and put weights on it to flatten. I chose to get my heat gun to get it to lay flat. I held it up by the narrow end and slowly heated the roll edge. It took about 15 minutes of heating on the low heat setting to get it to completely unroll on its own. Then I laid it flat on my patio and, with my heat gun, worked the edges flat. Altogether, it took about 30 minutes to flatten. The mat is just what I wanted.

I ordered the first one for my desk and it was a perfect size that I ordered another for my wife’s desk. Very durable and holds great on carpet.

I have now purchased two of these. I bought the first one 2 1/2 years ago before the pandemic started. I have been working from home occupationally full-time since March 2020, and I also do my regular computer work and ministry work from the same desk in the same chair. The first mat finally wore out after 2 1/2 years of constant use. The floor of my office has a thick pad and thick carpet.

Both the price and packaging clearly indicate that this is not provide a rigid surface, especially on carpet. That said, it unrolled and went into place easily. My heavy desk chair moves smoothly. No reason (yet) to assume that it won’t last.

Working from home has got everyone in a bit of a new situation. This was a well needed purchase, as I noticed I began to make circles in the carpet where I was sitting. Once placed down, it did need to be weighed down for a night- as it came rolled up-. It was good to go in the morning, and no more carpet circles!

Used but perfect. Good quality! Not sure how the spikes on one side would do on hardwood, but it works perfectly on the carpet.

These mats came with instructions to unpack, allow to reach room temperature, then unroll. I found it worked better to unbox then set my heating pad on it for a while before unrolling. About an hour or so - I don’t remember how long - I just set it there and forgot about it. After that, it was easy to unroll. I tried using a blowdryer to heat the spots that wouldn’t lay flat, but that was taking forever. Instead, I just set the heating pad on those spots and moved it around every once and a while. Worked great. I didn’t need to put heavy things on it or tape it down. I bought two and you can see the difference between the one with the heating pad and the one without. SO much less effort than the blowdryer - which felt weird on my knees using a loud blowdryer at work.

It’s a mat, it’s crystal clear hows about that, it’s for my computer chair not that you would care, I can roll from here to there. I had to roll it out to make it flat, how’s about that! Two thumbs up high you should give it a try, great for a carpeted room. Would recommend 100%

I have had this mat for a few week to a month, and it’s still not flat. It has been a pain in the arse to get this to be usable. The ends are still curled since unraveling. My next step may be to buy a heat gun to melt it flat or just throw it away.

Exactly what I wanted and expected. This is for carpets not hardwood. Unrolled, laid flat one day with weights then placed in service with no issues. Quality appears good but only been used about a month. Not a real test.

I have had my old floor mat for many moon. Now it start to disintegrate causing very sharp shards of plastic to cut my feet and render me useless. I buy new model I keep in my driveway to become warm in the sun to become flat then I place in my office after I vacuum carpet chair now roll quiet and easy no more destructive particles ripping and destroying my feet worse than Joe Biden’s economy to deal with. I recommend.

Works well for medium depth carpet. Nothing lasts forever. The one we had before this lasted about 5 years. It was not as difficult to unroll as some have said. If the mat is cold, bring it in and get to warm first. A hair drier might help. But get it warm, not hot.

So I bought this last year and it’s lasted me a long time, glad to know my money wasn’t wasted. Doesn’t even funk up my carpet either.

This is the perfect product for my 1/4" thick rug in my study. The studs grab the rug just right and my chair rolls on top fine. Also, it did not take long once unrolled from the box to flatten.

I am using this in my carpet floor in a rented apartment and it works great. The grips at the bottom really make it easy to hold the mat in place and the sturdy surface makes it simple to move my work chair on top of it.

Was messing up carpet with chair directly on carpet, this was perfect for my studio

After letting it set on the floor for a couple of days with heavy books on it . It works great.
