The tripod is stable only at one height, which is not quite 3" off the table. Not high enough to position it above your laptop screen, if you are using Zoom on your computer. You can change the light intensity, but the temperature is limited to cold, warm and half-and-half. No fine tuning of color temperature. For $20, it is not a bad buy.
