Looks great, easy to install. And we love the button to set the spray function. It stays engaged even after you turn the faucet on/off.

Swivels easily without effort and just right amount of friction where needed. Only thing I would prefer differently is that to turn the temperature you must move the lever down as opposed to Up. Would recommend.

Appears to be good quality, works as expected. Love the magnetic lock on the pull down head. Easy to install as well - all parts included.

Im not the biggest handy person in the world but this was super easy to install. Product looks very high end and the no fingerprint feature is AMAZING!! Highly recommend this product.

It gets time to get used to the "Touch". The faucet works very well. the Spray is quite hard when the faucet is completely open. Wish that the control for the spray was somehow in the pull down part.
The battery compartment sits on the floor of the cabinet and it has very thin wires. Care should be taken that you do not get the wires entangled in anything you are trying t pull out of the cabinet.

love this tap. no muck on the tap when your hands are covered with stuff. You do need to have the handle in the on position ahead of touching it in order for water to flow. Works very well. Easy to install.

Love this faucet! In the future I would replace all faucets with this as we obviously use less water since its so easy to turn off and on. Only weird thing as others have said is the hot and cold are reversed, but once you get used to it - no problem.

I have only had this faucet for 2 months, but am pleased with it. It has a good water flow, good spray. and magnet holds well.

Absolutely love it.. Fairly easy install. Instructions were good. No leaks. So far works like a charm! It is a little tall and splashes with sprayer on. Just keep a kitchen towel handy.

Works quite well move down easily. And goes back into place with magnets. Spray excellent and it stays until you change it. Cold setting great since it is straight upward so no problem if you are close to the backsplash.

Gift for my wife. She loves it. Instructions were clear and installation was easy enough for an amateur such as myself to install in about an hour. Would have been quicker except they "failed" to send removal instruction for my old faucet. Joking, old faucet was a different brand and I had to look it up on the internet for instructions. I really like this faucet. It feels substantial and looks great. The pull-down is easy and pops back up into the faucet nicely. The spray is strong--no wimpy drip! The button to change the water from spray function to stream function is easy to use. I was concerned that the finish would not match my brushed stainless R/O faucet, but it does. Great looks and great quality. Highly recommend.

Works very well. The water lines are long enough to reach connector at the bottom of the cabinet. No need to connect an extender for installation unlike other faucets I have installed. Easy installation, just hook up the water lines after securing the faucet to the deck. Best of all, product is said to be made in the USA.

We love this faucet. Remodeled our kitchen in January and changed out our 2 well sink and old faucet to a large farm sink and this one because of the extender.

I love how well the magnet holds the nozzle up when not in use. We also get great water pressure with this faucet.

Looks good, works great! We had to installed it with the handle in front, not on the side, because the airgap from dishwasher is too close. Very comfy to use. Incomparable with our old faucet, which had so small water flow that we thought smth.could be wrong with the piping - no, with the new faucet the water flow us great. Both settings -stream and shower- work fine. It is very easy to use the hose for rinsing, magnetic hold feature makes it easy to pull out and "click" back in place. It was not easy to choose a faucet, as there are so many varieties. I am decided to buy this one. No cons for us.

This is a great faucet. It was pretty simple to install with the included flex lines. It has a sleek and clean look to its appearance, which gives it a high end look for a great price. The button to switch from stream to spray is very functional and easy to use as well. It really is a solid faucet, especially for the price. I would highly recommend it at this price point.

Superb working kitchen faucet. Looks spectacular, and works even better. I love the narrow spray (when on wide spray- it doesnt go everywhere), tall dimension, beautiful, and the function of the knob to turn water on and off. One of our best home purchases!!!!

We recently redid our kitchen complete with granite and all, so we had to get a new faucet (of course). This one fits right in.
It took a little getting used to having only one controller for the hot and cold, but now I really like the streamlined look of it.
If I have any complaints, it would be that the stream shoots more out at an angle than down.

Purchased as a gift for mother in law, EASY to install and very functional for an older person....

We bought this when remodeling a home we purchased. I absolutely love it! I love the magnetic sprayer! Overall the faucet is very classy looking!

My wife saw this faucet at a friends and since we needed a new faucet we installed this and she loves it. The directions are superb. Unlike many of the unclear directions written on scraps of paper, these directions were very clear and the drawings were sized so that I could actually see how it was to be assembled.

This faucet is absolutely gorgeous. It fits our large Ruvati sink perfectly. It works exactly as stated and the look is tall and regal. Comes with the optional base plate but we installed without. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Love this faucet. So inexpensive yet looks and works better than a higher priced one I replaced. My only complaint is that I wish it switched back to regular flow after I turn it off. Minor inconvenience for the look and price.

Been using this in the kitchen now for about three months. Love the faucet. Magnet pulls the retractable nozzle back in with no issues. Only drawback is the button for switching from stream to spray is firm and needs a good press in order for it to switch. Our old nozzle would switch must easier. Other than that, no issues. I would recommend it.

Installed well and works great after a week of usage. Much better than the Moen faucet I replaced. No regrets so far.

I love this faucet. The removable magnet spray head is so handy and flips right back into place. Others have said it sprayed over the counter and on to them, but I have not had that issue. The water flow is a bit lower than the faucet it replaced, but not an issue. I like the narrower spray stream. I also have a second sink/faucet with very high flow for quick filling big pots. The hot/cold (red and blue) dots are very small and guests need to be shown the correct temperature position.

Love this faucet!!! Only negative I would say is that there is some splashing on the counter even having a 9” deep sink. Overall great product!!!

Wife and I love this faucet. Just touch it and it turns on... Wish we would have had it forever. Now we find ourselves touching the bathroom faucets thinking they will turn on. The size / height of the faucet is proportioned great, the quality of the spray button and lever is fantastic, the head swivels so it works great for a double sink, and the pull out sprayer has just the right amount of resistance.

Installing this faucet was extremely easy, the hardware is simplified, and comes with its own installation tool. The only issue I had was the tubing on the connectors is a bit stiff to get into the right angle to connect.

We love this faucet works great. The touch feature is great in the kitchen with dirty hands of chicken or just around the house. Tap it with the back of your hand anywhere and it turns on to your last setting. A small LED at the bottom lights up and changes color to the temp that it heats up to, very cool. Kids love it and our faucet stays clean from the messes that they get into. Pull out works well and we are going past 4 months with family of 4 plus holiday guests on the same battery pack. I am guessing the batteries will work for over 6 months and if they die, use your actual hand to turn it on :)

I recently brought this faucet as a replacement because my original faucet broke. This was shipped quickly and was well packaged. This was easy to assemble and took me less than 40 minutes to install. The spray from this faucet is powerful and this faucet looks great in my kitchen. I would purchase again without hesitation.

We love the look of this faucet! We had granite countertops installed and wanted to have a new faucet to go with it. We chose this one because of the sleek style and magnetic docking. We are very happy with this purchase.

I got as a replacement for a pullout faucet (Moen) and so far am very pleased. It stays on whichever mode selected (spray/stream) no matter what the water flow. Comes out easily and snaps back into place. Plumber had to put a "reducer" on because kitchen water line was 1/2" and faucet is 3/8", but water pressure still seems adequate to me.

Very happy with this faucet. The magnet works tremendously well to keep the spray head in when you turn the water off, and I have no complaints about the faucet at all. Be sure to measure, the faucet is quite tall and comes out very far- it would not work for a small sink. I love the fact that it turns 360 degrees, great for filling up pots. And the pull down sprayer reaches down far enough to clean every inch of my sink.

When working in the kitchen with messy hands (and kids) it is incredibly handy to have the touch-free feature, and the indicator light at the base which tells you the temperature of the water is a huge bonus.
When, after 2 months, the solenoid failed and the faucet did not shut off properly, I called customer support (based right here in the Midwest US!!!) and had a great experience. He talked me quickly through trouble-shooting and, when we could not resolve the issue, he immediately sent me a replacement part that was newer and updated and instructed me to call back and they would talk me through installation if I had any issues.

Works great! No problems so far. I love the touch sensor tech and it has a light that glows blue or pink to let you know the temperature of the water. I was not expecting that feature. It fit perfectly with my stainless steel Kohler sink.

Very easy to install compared to other sinks. Really like the ability to switch spray mode without having to keep water running. Magnetic system + pull out of hose is very smooth and easy to use. Very good. Sink seems to be good quality. Only downside during install: The three nuts on sink to hold in place were hard to get started. Seemed like it would be easy to cross thread.

This was an upgrade for our motor home kitchen sink. The only problem I have encountered is I mounted the battery pack about 4" off the floor inside the cabinet. We just took a trip and the roads were very bumpy. One of the bumps jarred the battery pack off the mounting bracket and emptied the batteries out. It is now mounted to the floor in the cabinet, problem solved.

Pros: Easy to use, swivels w/ light effort, hose pulls out and retracts smoothly, blue-to-purple-tored LED at base indicating cold-warm-hot water is nice touch.
Cons (all minor): Seems to water spot a bit more than our previous faucet; very occasionally, the auto-off feature seems to kick in, though I may be grazing it unknowingly.

Had a handyman install it, and he did it in a bit over an hour. Overall pleased and would re-buy.

This faucet is by far the best one I have ever had. It stays on spray until you switch it even on very low water flow. It stays securely in place and glides in and out with ease. Also was very easy to install.

This is a beautiful faucet and looks great with my Zuhne stainless steel sink. My last faucet was similar with the pull out sprayer but the hose would get caught in stuff under the sink and the head would not stay in very well no matter how much I adjusted stuff under there. The magnetic dock takes care of that for me and I love it! No more dangly spray head.

****** Update from previous post. I had a plumber come take a look at it. Turns out it was poorly installed by the handyman. The plumber fixed the tube connection issue, as well as found plastic stuck in the pipe which caused the other issues. The Faucet is working great now and no complaints.

Faucet looks great in our kitchen remodel. Love love love the touch and go feature, works perfectly every time. Be advised it is sensitive so if you have pets that can climb on your counter it can be activated by mistake and flood the place.

Received this product on time, started using immediately... Works perfect and probably the thing i like the most is the ability to use the vibrate or beep mode, this is usually enough without the need to use the static shock feature.

We love this faucet. I love it. My husband loves it. Just finished a total kitchen remodel and my contractor said "most people end up hating those touch faucets !". Well he doesnt know how often I come to the sink with gunk on my hands and I can just touch it with my wrist and it turns on or off...so far so good.

We have a cat who loves to drink from the kitchen faucet and his name is Lucifer. Our old faucet looked very similar to this one and he would turn it on and leave it running all day or night until we found it. This and led to two years of trying to defeat the cat with zip ties, hair ties, bunji straps, velcro straps and even a self locking nylon strap in every combination you can imagine... all of which Lucifer defeated. This is the perfect answer in faucets for anyone who has a similar issue. He can now touch it and get a drink and it shuts off automatically in exactly 4 minutes.

Beyond that the finish is perfect, easy install and excellent function. We really like the temp indicator light and the pull down length is longer that we need and we have an oversized sink. The wand magnet is excellent and truly secures the wand.

My only desire would be for a heavier weight to retract the pull down hose. I actually use the one from old faucet to get those to retract without assistance as it was heavier. This could be a DIY fix if necessary and should not put anyone off from buying this faucet.

This faucet shipped fast. The faucet comes with just about everything you need to instal, even some basic tools.

This faucet looks great. This faucet helps you to save water as it is so easy to turn on and off. Rather than letting water run down the drain in between tasks it is so simple to just touch it and it shuts off then simply touch again and it is on.

It is perfect. The faucet has a tall neck which allows large items to be placed under it. The spray head pulls out and can be used a bit beyond the sink. It easily retracts in to the neck and a magnet helps it line up correctly. It took a couple of day to get use to the faucet handle. But once I was used to it; it is so very easy to use.

I put in a new very modern kitchen and chose this faucet for my sink. I love the appearance and am happy with the function as well. My only complaint is that the water splashes on the rim of the sink when on full force but I think this is due to the undermount sink and not the faucet. I am unable to comment regarding ease of install as a plumber did the installation.

The faucet works good it was easy to install but the little switch that you turn the water on and off with keeps popping out it will not stay screwed in it’s very annoying that I cannot turn my water off and on without stopping to try to screw it in each time I use the faucet because it will not seat properly.

Almost a year after install and still works great. The only issue is handle that got lose. I will probably need to either secure it with Teflon tape or get that thread locking glue, other than that still great!

Nice faucet but the placement of the control is a little awkward, with cold being push to the back and hot being pull to the front.

Like most everything about this product. One problem. The handle was not smooth when turning on. It would stick and it would be hard to control the amount of flow. I had to disassemble it and tweak the tightness. This made it acceptable, but not perfect. It is a good product and customer service was quick to respond.

Product is all good but it came with a worst packaging.

I like the faucet and the construction is nice. However the adapter plate/hole cover will not allow you to tighten down the faucet since the hole in it that plate is too large

Update: The one thing I do not like is the the sprayer does not retract without me adjusting the hose from the bottom underneath the cabinet. The weight doesnt work as ot should.
I spent more time worrying about the kitchen sprayer than it took to install the new one.
I believe the quality was better than what was provided as a premium amenity. My son said it took me 5 minutes to install... apparently he was timing me...

The sprayer hangs out of the faucet. The weight is not strong enough to keep the sprayer completely in the faucet. I should have bought a Delta.

The moment water hit the stain, it wears it off.

Got this for my wife for her Birthday. After about a month it started to mess up. The buttons would not work right and the stop button keeps jamming up.

Let me start by saying I would not buy this faucet again.

Lever binds when adjusting the hot and cold. Was installed a few months ago.

The product leaked after Installation. Needed additional parts from Home Depot to make it stop leaking.

Installed, but the gasket regulating even water pressure between hot and cold was no good. Cold water was fine, hot trickled out. Not worth the money.

We had a Moen faucet which we bought for almost $200 and it broke in less than 3 years. It took 45 minutes to remove the Moen one and less than 10 minutes to install this one. Installed it with no additional help. We are using it for week now and no complaints so far. For $50 it is totally worth it and I would but it again, especially for the ease of installation. Will never but the brand one again which costs more than 4 times this one. I will be happy if this lasts for 2 or 3 years.

Unit was easy to install in my Blanco single hole laundry room sink. Pull out spray nozzle works well and retracts nicely with supplied counterweight. I chose not to use the supplied (large) mounting bezel as my single hole sink did not need it to cover other holes. Good quality and excellent value for the money--I highly recommend this product!

Nice faucet for the price, just installed today by my hubby. Took about an hour after gathering the all tools he needed. Difficult for him to remove the old faucet. The new one is great, no leaks and will make my life so much easier through the canning season with the huge pots that I need to get in out of the sink under the old faucet( which was a standard faucet).

This is a replacement unit for our existing faucet. The old one used three holes and this one can be used as a single hole, or in a three hole set up using the provided cover. This Faucet does not ship to California because of excessive flow rate. I had it shipped to a relative out of state and then shipped to me. I did not notice the increased flow rate so not sure why it could not be shipped to me direct. Installation was easy, works well, pull down weight on pull out faucet hose works way better than the $300 faucet this replaced. There is a ball and socket connection right at the nozzle so it seems like the hose will not become frayed and start leaking at that point. That was the issue with my old faucet. The replacement hose cost more than this whole faucet. So far, very happy with this purchase.

Looks great, has slightly lower water pressure than I expected when in shower/spray mode, but still perfectly adequate. Materials feel of good quality. For the price, it is an excellent value… really shows how much extra other known brands are charging for not necessarily better products.

The handle operates smoothly snd easily even for my husband who is left handed . The extra height is great for the laundry sink where we installed it.

We absolutely LOVE this faucet! It is beautiful, functional, and works great. I also cannot say enough great things about their customer service. We began to have a small issue with the head of our faucet, we reached out to their customer service, and within 8 hours, they responded. Within 12 hours, I communicated with them about the issue and they sent us a new faucet head right away! Within 3 days, we had a new faucet head and everything was working beautifully again.

This is a great faucet. Works awesome and looks cool. Customer service is also noteworthy. 4 months after installation, the handle became loose. I would HIGHLY recommend this kitchen faucet. I wish I had another faucet to replace LoL

Not bulky or heavy, functions easily. We installed over 1 hole counter so did no need to use the base plate.
Looks good, sprayer works well in place or extended.

My so sprayer messed up age a year and half and they sent me a new one within a week with no hassle.

I purchased and installed this faucet in Nov. 2021. It looks great in my kitchen and function well. In June 2022 the sprayer head began leaking. I contacted the seller about purchasing a replacement.they sent a replacement sprayer head at no cost.

My hunny found this easy to install and we both love the look and feel of it. So far, so great!!

Slimline - perfect .my sink is not that deep so it does splash a bit. I think if the neck was a little shorter it would stop that - neighbor has same one and she felt the same about the splash
