The accuracy to mine..there was none. I took it to my weight loss doctors office because she suggested I buy this and we could not get it to be accurate. I mean off by 5-10lbs each time

This is a great scale for recording and tracking your weight. It automatically sends the info to your phone every time you step on it. But the body fat measure is no where close to accurate.

is not accurate. has 12lb more than it should checked my weight on others to double check it was wrong. LOL i was suprised i gained 12lb more jesus..

Unfortunately this product does not provide consistent accurate readings, for some reason first weight might read 172 lb then right after another wight might read 176 lb for the same person.

It does not give accurate readings.. one day i am 15 pounds over and the next i am 20 pounds less. I took out the batteries to rest but it does not work. i threw out the box thinking the price i paid was going to give me a good product.

The scale is off... I was looking for the most accurate scale, but this one is not it.

Took a little while to setup via Bluetooth but it worked perfect when fully installed. You definitely need to use it on a hard-level surface.

The scale seems sturdy enough and accurate. The app was easy to install and set up, however there are no instructions or tips, so parts of it (like how to actually record your weight or how to make multiple users) are a bit tricky.

Works good, love the app metrics. Does seem to easily fluctuate when first setting it up. 3 weighs in 3 minutes had a range of +/- 4lbs but after day 1 seemed to weigh consistently so may just be a quirk with setup. App gives a ton of info and love how visual everything is.

Its accurate with weight idk about the other stuff but I do like to check it out on the app just to see what it say. Kind of curious how it comes up with all the other numbers.

I know the information given from the scale cannot be 100% accurate, but still seeing some of this information helped me drop 13 pounds since I bought it! It was worth the price!

Bought this scale to replace my inconsistent WW scale. The old one would register different weights if you got off and one within minutes without doing anything. I set this one up in minutes and used it in the living room on my wood floors and got a weight. Moved it to the bathroom and recalibrated it, stepped on and VIOLA, same weight as before. (My apologies to anyone named Viola) I plan to take it when I go to the doctors office next visit to check how accurate his is. I always weigh less on his scales fully clothed compared to my old one. This scale looks really good too in my bathroom and is easy to read the red numbers. It sync to my android phone the first try and gave me more information than I know what to do with.

I have started on the keto lifestyle. Mainly to lose weight and be healthy. But as in any new weight loss program being accountable is very important. I hated lining up in pharmacies to go and get a token to weigh in. So I saw this scale. Light weight very cool and detailed. It even breaks down your metabolic rate and how much your bones weight, pretty cool. If your on a weight loss journey I would definitely recommend

I used to pay to get my weight breakdown weekly. But this scale does it all. And I love the fact I can add all the kids in and keep track of everyone on one app.

We are in love with this scale, I thought initially that I was going to be disappointed but still decided to give it a chance. It does give all the information as described and makes you aware of things to watch for.

I received the item on time as I expected. I have been using it for about 2 weeks. I am satisfied with the quality and accuracy. The app is easy to install and use with lots of information. It is very easy to weigh and the app automatically connects to the device and records the measurement as soon as you step on the scale.
I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a scale that can record your weight digitally.
The only negative thing is they shipped the device without a protective box. It was shipped as is with the original package which does not have the adequate protection during the shipment.

My dr recommend I order this to monitor my weight being the at it will break down body composition. Works for all the family. We all downloaded the app on our phones, which is real easy to read and understand.

Easy to set up as far as with the app on my phone, accurate, easy to read, and I always have the information on my weight when needed. I got this because I had gastric bypass and so glad I did!!!

This scale links to an app running on my phone. It works well and gives alot of information about your weight and what percentage of your weight is fat, muscle mass, water etc. You can see your weight without the app but it records alot more information to track your weight loss progress.

So I suspect that it uses your impedance as more of a hint to which formula it should use to calculate your stats. Its a 20 dollar scale and some people on here are freaking out thats its not this insane precision instrument. It works great for what I want which is mainly tracking progress without having to write it down. I recommend this

The app is very handy, intuitive and well thought out. Scale is a bit small but works well. Batteries were included! Accurate compared to my other bathroom scale.

I like the amount of stats this scale provides. As someone who stays active with sports and workouts I have trouble losing actual pounds, my body weight tends to stay the same but I lose inches so having body fat and other stats to see progress on is more positive to me than the weight on the scale. I have been on a steady upward gain since my thyroid was off the chart. This has helped me so easily log my new diets weight loss. I have moved it around to different spots on our floor and it still reads the same number. Makes me have higher faith in the accuracy of the reading!

The scale is accurate and definitely is motivating. The mobile app is helpful but a strain to read because the font is too light and too small. Customer service is excellent if you need it for any reason.

This is my 1st scale with bio sensors and a cool app. I really love getting the detailed information, as well as the fact that the app immediately compares current weight with previous to show progress (or lack thereof). I used the gym one, and compared this to it, and it tells the body fat 100% as same as the gym body fat scale. Note: make sure to use the bathroom before weighing in the morning :))

Scale is sturdy, LED is bright red, calibrated fast, and consistent. I started using, at 250lbs no prob. App is cool I followed instructions (easy), used non-stretch string to wrap neck, arms etc. App is nice motivator, it shows trends (graphs categories). Bluetooth works fine with Android.

definitely it cannot gives you the 99% accurate numbers like big and expensive body composition machines,

We needed a new scale and waited to be able to use with our Fitbit watches. It was very easy to set up and easily can track multiple people with easy. I would highly recommend this scale instead of the more expensive Fitbit scale.

its much better that i expected. the app is also better than expected for being on sale for $25.00. accurate to <99.9%. only off by .1lb - once in terms of consistency out of 100 consecutive back to back measurements.

Gives you a pretty accurate reading of your BMI, as opposed to going by those standardized charts.
Helps you plan weight loss goals. Hard to set up though, controls are confusing. They do have good customer support. I recommend it.

I have had this scale for over a month and am loving it. Great product for a great price. It takes rather accurate measurements (I have access to an expensive one that drs use and compared readings of the two). I really like that family members have their own profiles. Works great and just as described. App to the phone works well and stored quickly in the app. I would not say how accurate the other options of the scale are such as the body fat %.....it may give you somewhat accurate measurements but no way should it be considered as perfect.

Works as expected. LED lit number easy to read in the dark. Hooked up using Bluetooth their phone app and now can monitor progress. No complaints. I do not know how accurate it is, but it is self calibrating and I keep it on even hardwood floor.

Got this to begin my Optavia eating habits change regime. I knew I was out-of-balance but this thing helped me greatly to keep track of my lost weight and measured how much healthier I was becoming. I would not be buying or recommending any other scale although I am quite sure there are others like it. I get on this scale daily to make sure I am within my goal range and am happy I bought it.

I replaced my old scale with this one. I like that it uses AAA batteries instead of the discs as they are easier to get. It was surprisingly easy to coordinate with the app and with my FitBit app. Also, I thought the price was great and one of the reasons I bought it.

Started my weight loss journey and this is exactly what I needed to keep track of my weight. This syncs perfectly with my fitbit, myfitness pal app and even my samsung health app.

The scale and the app are very easy to use and appear to be very accurate. Did not really get it for the BMI info but that is a nice option. Not sure how accurate that is but my main concern was the weight reading.

Most people get a scale like this to measure bodyfat percent. All scales like this will be some percentage off, however, if you use the scale under consistent conditions (for example, first thing in the morning before eating or drinking) then you can get reliable results that you can use to track changes over time.
You should also make sure you turn off Athlete mode for more accurate bodyfat results, as most people are not athletes (jogging or P90x a few times per week does not make you an athlete) and athlete mode will give an unrealistically low reading.

I am pleased with the amount of information provided from the scale. It helps me understand how my weight is proportioned. Pretty accurate. The app was simple to set up.

So I treated myself to a new scale because my current one is a bit finicky. That being said although this one is VERY consistent (i.e. I step on it 5 seconds later and get the same reading), it is 5lbs off of my current scale. So take that as you will?

No issue with it so far. I check myself every now and then and it tells me how much my BMI, weight, and other details have shifted since the last time I checked. Easy to read, but you need the phone app in order to see all the detailed stuff.

Which it could work out for me too!! Accurate scale that is super simple to use. I have another similar scale that you have to have damp feet for the biometrics to work, this scale does not require that extra step. Really bright and large font readout, or just look at results on your phone via Bluetooth. Convenient chime sounds from the app when weight is recorded.

Took a bit for me to get the Bluetooth to stay connected, but a regular reminder on my phone of gains and losses lets me adjust my eating and exercise to keep losing.

I really am excited about these scales. This scale can send the information via blue tooth to an app on your phone. It allows you to monitor weight and body composition by entering measurements or by blue tooth. I also purchased the measuring tape which sends the measurements via blue tooth to the app. The details include weight, BMI, body fat, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat , muscle mass, bone mass, BMR and others. I feel this information is helpful of my journey of weight loss.

This scale is very accurate and the mobile app is easy to use for tracking and weight management. I did find that the bmi recommendations are lower then they should be for hight both in male and female users. We enjoy that its compatible with our fitbits and encourages us to stay on track to meet our goals.

We had a Fitbit Aria scale prior to this one and it finally failed and this was an outstanding replacement. Really like the mobile app for tracking weigh-ins. Highly recommended.

I bought this simply to have the ability to sync my monthly way in on my phone app. It does just that not to mention it measures several other things along with it. Not sure how accurate it is on those items but it seems to be very accurate as far as my weight.

The body fat measurement ties back quite closely to an in body scan I did recently. Assuming in body is accurate, this scale seems very accurate! App is super easy to use and connect to.

This scale + app is great for tracking absolutely everything! It automatically uploads your information to the app without any action on your part as long as the app is open. You can put in additional profiles to add family members. It will trend everything including measurements if you choose to input them. Well worth the investment.

I have no complaints on this scale! It works for my purposes and the rephno app and fitbit app work perfectly with it! I bought one for my mom as well to sync with her fitbit! Seems to be great value for a great scale!

Truly love this scale and the accompanying android app. I was immediately impressed how It takes its measurements so quickly. Several months after purchase its still going strong. The benefit of the app is all the data it collects and then graphs it. This way you can see your progress over time and for many different variables, not just weight: fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, water weight and many others. Very pleased with this scale and purchase.

Using this in conjunction with an exercise program. Helpful to know weight as well as other measurements. Hoping to track not just my weight but muscle and fat. Of course, the only way to truly measure body fat is with calipers or water test but, since that is not easily available, this will do the job.

This is a really cool and fancy scale for the price. It measures a full pound off of my previous scale which is weird, so not sure which one is more accurate, but its still helpful seeing all the measurements. Especially body fat %. My only critique is you have to stand on it for quite a long time for the app to register all the numbers and if you get off too early the app spazzes out and you have to start over. But its not a big deal.

I enjoy this product is able to track so many categories while on the scale. Its very sleek and easy to store. I am also glad you can track more than one person on the app.

Not really sure of how accurate the BMI, protein level, water level … etc. readings of this scale is, so I am not rating it for that. I have a regular digital scale and have found this to be within 0.2 lbs of the reading from that scale so I am happy about that. The main reason why I bought the scale is to allow me keep track of my weight loss progress so I focus mainly on the weekly weight loss and not the other parameters. The app makes this tracking very easy and easily integrates with my Fitbit app. A nice feature is the fact that I do not have to look down at my scale whenever I am weighing myself. I have found that looking down vs standing straight actually makes my weight fluctuate. With this scale, I just place my phone within view, stand straight on the scale and just look at my phone until the reading stabilizes. It is sturdy, of good build and seems like it would last very long. Overall, I love the purchase.

I go to a diet Dr with a several thousand dollar scale that gives the same type of results, fat mass, water and muscle..
I measure at home before I go and its accurate to Ounces.

This scale is great! However, if you keep it in a humid location, such as a bathroom, beware that there is no moisture control for the batteries, and they will corrode. Had to cover the battery compartment seams with electrical tape to help the corrosion. Otherwise, this scale is as good as my old Tanita and old Fitbit Aria 2 scales.

I like the overall product, material, and look. The app is good for tracking but not necessary. Like it says, need to be careful when you mount it with wet feet coz it could get slippery. Also, I noticed when I put the scale on carpet, it was completely off with the measurements. So put it on hard floor

Scale is simple and does just what I need. I love that I have access to all my data right there on my phone for convenience. Set up was easy and quick. Info seems fairly accurate compared to my previous scale.

The scale works great and has no issues connecting to the app. I have no idea how it gets all of the calculations tho. The app has a lot of helpful tips and information too.

I am more than happy. Close to a year since I bought this product. I am addicted with taking my weight. You can easily track your weight lose, body fat, bmi, and visceral fat. I always recommend to my coworkers and friends. I lost 24.2 lbs and maintend in about 9 month. It is the biggest investment on myself.

I was honestly surprised by how fast the scale was able to talk to the app. You step on the scale with the app open and three seconds later all of your information is there. Now I know exactly what I need to work on.

I love all of the measurements that this scale gives you for the price! It works flawlessly with the app and love that we can have more than 1 profile on the app for each person in the household.

The most important feature to me was the scale. I am not sure if trust all the other measurements. The app was very easy to set up and all I have to do is open the app, step on the scale and I can watch the app upload the data from the scale. Does a nice job of showing my daily progress.

So easy to use. Wish it would show me a better weight though! Just kidding!

Our family became very weight conscious in 2020, and we used this scale to measure and monitor our weight, and fat percentage as we changed our diet and exercise. We love the online celebratory milestones as we meet our goals. I cannot find anything online to indicate optimum water levels in the human body. Nevertheless, the scale is sturdy, pretty, and does its job simply. We ordered another as a gift to a family friend.

So far no complaints as this scale works as advertised. Easy to read and sync to my phone via the app. Has been a great tool to monitor my weight loss/gain progress.

I weigh myself every morning with this scale. It calibrates easily and is consistent. I can get on and off multiple times in the morning and it always weighs the same. My old scale was not consistent, so I appreciate this. I have not used the mobile app.

I will start by saying that I setup the app and it is very easy to do. I do not use it for that, so I am not sure of the accuracy of the large amounts of data it gives you.

I absolutely love the scale. Are used to weigh myself at work but since purchasing the scale I weigh myself every day at home and it gives me so much more information since I started my keto journey!

I was skeptical about this scale because the price is so low, but the quality is amazing. And although it seems impossible that it could isolate certain factors, like visceral fat and metabolic age, it seems somehow accurate. Happy surprise, highly recommended.

My family has been using this scale for 5+ years. It has 4 setting one for each of us. Easy to use. Tracks your weight so you can see how it fluctuates. BMI- water- protein- muscle mass- much more. My husbsmd is 230 lbs one of my sones is 218. I know over the years this has derved us well. Very dependable snd accurate. We all still use it everyday.

I bought this 1 years ago for basic stat tracking but I found this scale goes above expectations. The app will track for multiple users and track many aspects of weight like BMI , fat percentage and all the usual suspects. My reason for commenting is that its over 1 years ow and it still holds a long charge, still as accurate as when i bought it and in this world that needs to be acknowledged!

Say no to that when setting up app and it will just store the info on your phone if you are concerned about privacy. Easy to set up, syncs with Samsung app which was important to me initially, but after setting up Renphro App I like the way the data displays in that app better. Weight is one thing, scanning to get actual percentages is another. This thing hurt my feelings the first time I used it. Downloaded the app and it can be switched between multiple users as well. The numbers you get from this are accurate, I was scanned by my dr with a "pro level" and the numbers from this scale were almost spot on the same day. Buy this, scan, then research on what everything means and let this help you with your health journey.

I love that it only records your weight if your phone is opened to the app. Sometimes my husband uses it, so I was a bit concerned it would also record his. I enjoy seeing all of the other measurements as well.
